Communication before check in was fantastic. Received a call on our arrival day with our apartment details as the office would be closed. Found everything easily. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Located right across from the beach it was just a short walk. Also within walking distance to eat out or just a short drive to a variety of options and supermarkets. Not too noisy even though we faced the main road.

The lounge furniture was a little uncomfortable but it wasn't a deal breaker.

The bed was comfortable and is a great location next to the beach.

It was very loud at night. There is black mold in the bathroom and dust on the blinds.

Booked for our family who were also in Coffs for a sporting tournament. They agreed this was exceptional.

Our 2nd time staying here during a sporting tournament. Over the past 6 years of coming to Coffs twice a year this by far has been our favourite place we have stayed. Rooms are so clean, everything functioning correctly. Spacious, comfortable beds, great shower pressure. Excellent BBQ area. Great size pool and spa. Locations close to everything and walking distance to the main pubs and cafes. Cannot thank the owners enough for their amazing hospitality. Fingers crossed we can get a booking again for our next time we are in Coffs!

The location was excellent for us. The room and all the facilities filled our expectations. The off street parking was a welcome option.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom is a bit too noisy.

Clean and tidy, pleasant in reception, easy no fuss entry late in evening.

Ideally located across from the beach and adjacent to an excellent lawn bowls club with a great chinese restaurant. Plenty of space within the apartment and would be ideal for a longer stay, greater than just the one night.

Property is a little old and could do with an upgrade in some areas. Furniture has been updated but some infrastructure needs work and a coat of paint. Did nor have any interaction with staff.

Cosy room though a bit ‘dated’ decor - clean, tidy, good communication from owner prior to arrival

too much furniture in the apartment - very cluttered with ‘stuff’ as it’s very small - thankfully only had one case to take inside

That the family room was on the top floor. It should be more accessible without having the struggle to go up and down stairs multiple times with kids to get luggage
