Beautiful accommodation. Good location.

It said they have 3 heated pools but none were heated. Spa was under maintenance when we were there which can't be helped.

Breakfast was great, restaurant meals were beautiful. And the resort was fairly close to town for getting out and about.

The bed was a little hard for me, a topper would be great. And we had a bit of trouble with the sliding door.

A bit confusing to find reception. parking is very tight. stairs would be hard if you we’re taking more than an overnight bag for your stay. our bed linen had holes in them

Location was great, bed was comfy and quite large (could easily fit my brother and I), and the whole resort itself was absolutely lovely too. Having a restaurant and bar at the resort was also very handy, and the buffet breakfast, although a bit pricey, was quite tasty.

The mobile reception and wi-fi were quite poor, which was very frustrating. The games room above the dining area was also in major disrepair, with most arcade machines not working.

Quiet, lovely gardens and grounds.

Rooms are dated, especially the bathrooms. No tissues in rooms or replacement toilet paper.

Disliked could not get a tax invoice whilst at reception (all other resorts I have stayed at are able to supply immediately) they sent a tax receipt first up later the night I first asked. Took an email (no response) followed by 3 phone calls (over the period of a week) to finally have a tax invoice sent (finally thank you as is needed for taxation purposes).

Good location with grounds to walk around. Close to town.

Resort is dated however is comfy and good value for money. I probably wouldn’t stay here for a special occasion as the rooms are not very inviting, however the pool/gardens/golf course are really nice. room has a very old style shower (open style with shower curtain and tiles very slippery) bed was comfy parking was free and lots available check in process very easy and staff very helpful. resort has a huge potential.

the only downside to the place is the pull out sofa mattress was a bit hard and springy. other than that, amazing facilities
