Really good location, excellent fresh breakfast, staff were friendly and helpful, room was spacious and bed comfortable

Could hear noise from street at night but I don't think you can avoid that if staying in Central Istanbul!

Very nice apartment, with all the facilities, big bathroom and big balcony. Great, attentive people. Cleaning was made every day, breakfast was good and diversified.

Ort des Zimmer es war zu nah an Lobby küche es war zu laut und wir hatten keinen Ausblick die Dusche war sehr klein. Der Garten war geschlossen.es gab keinen Safe

The heating facility was not available I slept cold overnight. so I asked for it to be fixed, and the staff solved it right away, so it became a warm stay.

Mit Abstand das beste & authentischste türkische Frühstück, was wir je bei einem Citytrip in der Türkei bekommen haben. Die Lage ist einmalig, nur wenige Minuten bis zum Taksim-Platz und einem Spaziergang von unserem Lieblingsviertel Karaköy entfernt. Sofortiger Wohlfühl- & Willkommenscharakter in der Unterkunft garantiert! ☺️ Besonders hervorheben wollen wir auch die Freundlichkeit zu den Vierbeinern, die zu diesem Stadtteil einfach dazu gehören. Wir hatten jeden Tag auf unserem Balkon eben einen dieser Vierbeiner zu Gast, die wir liebevoll „Tipsy“ genannt haben & die auch immer gekommen ist, wenn sie uns gehört hat. Wer Vierbeiner liebt & ihnen etwas gutes tun möchte, sollte beim Einkauf im Supermarkt ein Paket Katzenfutter mitnehmen und so eine gute Tat vollbringen. ☺️ Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal im Marion‘s Suite & werden auch bei künftigen Istanbul-Besuchen dorthin zurückkehren.

I liked the hotel's location, it's close to Taksim Square, yet it's quiet enough in the hotel. The room had all the necessary bathroom amenities, as well as water/tea/coffee and a kettle with a refrigerator. There was also a hairdryer and an iron. The staff was super friendly! Especially pleasant was the receptionist, resembling Jon Snow with a French bulldog named Freddie. In terms of communication, it felt like I was at home!

The breakfast was quite filling, but there wasn't much choice: a few vegetables, a bit of hummus, boiled eggs and omelets, as well as a bit of sausage and cheese. Also, there was a not very clean sofa in the room with some old stains, but overall, the entire room was clean! One thing I would like to change next time is not to stay in rooms on the first floor, as our room was very close to the lobby and kitchen area, so we could hear them preparing our breakfast from early in the morning.
