Nice and promising except below..

Breakfast need to have more continental items.. seems more local n vegetarian. when were are checking out your porter helped for the luggages which are part of hotel service- we paid him some money he has given us a very dirty look which is disappointing- wrote to hotel but no apology

the location

the staff wasn’t attentive, we carried our own luggage up to the room inspite of asking for help twice! the in room dining service was slow and got our order wrong and cold! the tea at breakfast was cold too!

Good staff, city centre location, very limited breakfast menu, the suite 717 is great.

The staff at restaurant, particularly lady with name Ms.Babyrose was very helpful with my request for Jain food. Suite had a massage chair too!

Breakfast has very limited options. Also, they need more staff to refill things quickly at breakfast. Fresh fruit juice was on all days same - watermelon.

Property need maintenance and upgrade

Staff was good and friendly. Food was good, less vegetarian options but taste was there.

Room and facilities were not upto par.. bed in 1 room was almost broken and making noise. Bathroom nobs and hand shower were not working in both rooms Chairs were broken as well.

The staff and level of comfort at the hotel is excellent.

Staff friendliness and helpfulness. he foos is wonderful & location easy to get out and about fpr local sights/shopping

Wifi dropped out often while working at the hotel.
