Only the cleaning staff are excellent, the restaurant and breakfast staff are excellent.

I booked the room and paid in advance the specifications requested by the garden view and accompanied by my wife and son of 5 years. and on the date of my arrival at the hotel, they told me that there was no room on the garden, but there was only one room left, and I had no choice and did not provide a bed for my son. They told me that I had to pay an additional amount for the small bed. Thanks.

The room is wide enough and well equipped. The staff are very helpful . The location of the hotel is very beautiful. The parks are all green and wonderful

Good evening I hope this email find you in good health and spirit I want to say a many things about that hotel i want my money to be back because the room is not like shower in your application no one is in the reception the toilet wasn’t clean full of water the smell was disgusting and we call the reception more than 10 times no one is answering please I want my money back as soon as possible because I always use the booking for the reservation but from now i can’t be trust
