We had the loft which took up the entire top floor. The view of the Bastille was amazing and the loft was huge.... easy walking distance to the cable car, river, and restaurants

The parking... we had to use a garage nearby and the spaces we VERY SMALL and expensive

The location is great. You can park in the garage if you book your spot in advance.

Convenient location for walk into old town and very close to cable car to the bastille that we could see from apartment's velux windows.

No access to parking garage from inside hotel and weren't allowed to charge our PHEV even though garage wasn't full and nobody was using EV charging point.

Parking for experts in the tiny garage. Was not able to use the charging station for my car which was one of the reason to book this place

The staff was helpful. The kitchen was clean and well prepared. The location was really good.

It wasn't very clean. Our room was looking to the courtyard and so was surrounded by buildings. Therefore there must be a curtain which can use during the day. There were blinds, but you have to draw them during the day to prevent people from seeing you in your room. And so we had to turn the light on. That was annoying

Almost everything as assessed above. Comfortable bed, bed clothes and efficient hot water heating system. The location in the city centre, near the tram stops.

There was some dust on the windows and on the near surfaces and some little dirt spots on some places. Not having an adequate gases extraction system so we could cook without all limitations for not having one. I chose Le Patricia because I will stay in France for a long time and so I need to cook. I thought I could do it on Le Patricia. Very good good in general. I would stay for at least one more week if I could cook without the limitations.

Something in the room was making noise during the night. Maybe the heater. The toilet is not completely fine.

Great location, Own kitchenette with fridge very useful for those British cups of tea at all hours. Friendly helpful staff. Comfy bed.

No aircon which may be a problem on the hottest days, although it wasn't a problem for us.

Great location by the river just around the corner from the Bulles cable car & a very short walk to all amenities in the city. Car park in the basement @ €12 per day made life very easy. Extremely efficient & friendly service from Didier, the owner who was there in the morning, coffee & conversation ready. Excellent quality bedding, although the mattresses could have been a bit thicker for my old back. 2 proper double beds it one was in the living area and the shower was in the bedroom so a bit of organisation needed with 2 couples staying. Immaculately clean. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was well-designed and well-equipped. Being on the fourth floor it enjoyed a pleasant view over the courtyard opposite. The manager, Didier, was extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was cleaned regularly by a charming lady. Excellent location, easy to walk into shopping centre or along the river and into the old city. Local convenience store only two minutes around the corner, Quiet neighbourhood even if opposite the local fire station.

I cannot find any fault with the facilities available. Access to a washing machine and drying machine would be a bonus for long stay visitors, but Le Patricia does provide a send-out laundry facility anyway. The garage on the ground floor offers excellent security but presents considerable challenges for large cars with very little space to manoeuvre. The narrow street with cars parked immediately opposite means it is virtually impossible to drive straight into the garage. One has to reverse in. Then there is barely any space between pillars for even medium size cars. Best to take this as a challenge and manoeuvre very carefully!
