excellent accommodation for my honeymoon. the staff was very hospitable! The rooms and view were spectacular.

Though it was just 1 night stay at azure caves, it was the best hotel among the 5 we stayed in turkey. Seyma contacted us even before we reach turkey to ensure we have all planned out. We pre-booked our hot-air balloon ride. Due to their local tie-ups, we managed get is at a good deal. Upon reaching the hotel, we were greeted at the entrance , offered a very warm welcome. Due to availability we were given free upgrade to higher level garden suite , where practically the top , I could see the whole village. Room was clean to perfection. Gave the feeling of living in a cave in luxury! We have zero idea in Goreme except hot air balloon trip. Seyma recommended the ATV ride to watch the sunset. The ATV ppl just came to the hotel to pick us up and dropped us back with no extra charge other than the ride. We arrived to Goreme late morning then prev day , early check in and late check out also was given even before requesting. Airport transfer was arranged with our connecting flight in mind upon check out. Suggestion of local eats was also given - We loved the the food from Cafe Old Turkish House !!!! To top it off like a cherry on a cake, we were given a complimentary cake as it was my birthday on the day we arrived !! Amazing staff support n amazing stay. Must visit when you are in Cappadocia!!!!

I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say, I was blown away by the amazing attitude of the staff. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and appreciated. The room was also fantastic - it was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great stay. And let me tell you about the breakfast! It was absolutely delicious and had a great variety of options. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience. Honestly, the hotel exceeded our expectations. I cannot complain about nothing.

The room was truly magical. We stayed in the Royal Cave Suite with sauna and it was truly like living a dream. The pictures simply do not do it justice. The staff is spectacular. Şeyma was an absolute gem. On the day we arrived she asked us what we wanted to do and organised all the activities for us. We had not a single stress on the trip thanks to her. Her people skills are truly a valuable asset to the hotel. The place is really well situated as well. Walking distance to some lovely hiking paths past rose valley with views of the fairy chimneys. There’s some lovely history in the area, like historic house! And some great restaurants as well! The town of Goreme is about 3km away, with many shops and restaurants there as well. An amazing establishment.

The location is spectacular. It is situated at the top of a hill, away from the city hustle bustle (but still at a reasonable distance) and provides an amazing view of the mountains nearby, and the hot air balloons. The property itself is beautiful. I would go again in a heart beat.

The hotel is located in the top of the hill in Çavuşin, where the balloons are flying during the mornings, giving you an spectacular views with them over your head. In general the views from outside are amazing. We stayed in the room with a jacuzzi. It is a very spacious and beautiful room with views to the outside from the jacuzzi. The breakfast is good and plenty of options, the restaurant has nice views too.

Restaurant is open only for breakfast, but this is something that happens in almost every hotel in the area. The location, although it is amazing to see the balloons in the morning, has difficult access by car. Also Çavuşin is a small town with not a lot to do in there during the evening so you will need to book some activities and bear in mind you will need transport.

Great room and good location! Lovely breakfast. Great view from the balcony on the balloon flights. Great observation point near the hotel to observe all the flying balloons in the morning. At the hotel, you can book all the activities with a good price.

Since the room is located in the cave, there is a bit of pouring sand from the ceiling. Also a bit disappointed by the sauna in the room, since the temperature is set to 55 degrees Celsius and cannot be adjusted. This is pretty low for "dry" sauna.

Quiet town, 5 minutes drive to the neighboring attraction sites and restaurants at Goreme. Located on the top of a hill - great for hot air balloon viewing in the morning! Some of the balloons were so close to the rooftop terrace!!! Excellent staff service, very polite and helpful and responsive on whatsapp. Nice hotel room and bathroom with functioning heaters - an interesting experience to stay in a cave suite! Last but not least, amazing Turkish breakfast with fresh honey, jams, cheese, eggs etc - we had it for 3 days in a row!!!

We knew about the location before booking, but were still surprised by how steep the hill leading to the hotel was, and our rental car couldn’t make it up to the hotel carpark. However!! Staff were very helpful to carry our luggages and gave us a lift with their vehicle!! Just contact the hotel in advance and I am sure they will be ready to help!!

The staff are so friendly and kind! They arranged my transport, bookings for balloon ride and tours and made great suggestions of what to do. Breakfast is amazing with unbeatable view. Rooms are large and comfy.

Hotel and Staff made our stay very memorable and comfortable. The hotel is in small village away from the bustling market area. It is quite and peaceful. Stunning view from our terrace, both day and night time. Balloons take off close by and passed us right outside our terrace. BURAK is the best. Since, we checked in till we left, he took care of everything. He organized our ATV tour, Balloon Ride, Green Tour and also our proposal <3. He just gained our love, respect and trust. SEYMA was wonderful and very helpful aswell. She took care of our booking, arrival and check out. SINAN was a Gem. We booked our commute from hotel and they sent Sinan. He made us feel so safe and comfortable. We wanted to book green tour and when Burak recommend private tour with Sinan, we just changed our itinerary to make it happen with him. He gave us tailored tour according our preferences, explained all details, stories, culture and FOOD. He took us to try BEST POTTERY LAMB KEBAP in Goreme. We truly respect and love him, he became like a family. Rooms were comfortable, cozy and fastest room service. Breakfast was good. Kittens in the premises were super cute and freindly, they would just snuggle at night to get themselves warm.

Jaccuzzi was smelly but we ran water couple times and it was good later
