This was proberly the worst service i have ever came across. I made a booking on booking.com and called to find out if i could get a specific room and the lady said yes. I then asked her if the booking was done through her now directly and she confirmed with an invoice. I asked if i could pay when i got there and she said yes. When i received an email that was booking was cancelled weeks later, i called to enquire and was told rudely and disinterested that sorrt there is nothing we can do. The manager did not even try and assist me and was rather disrespect and had no customer's service. I would definetly not recommended this place to anyone, as the Manager pretends as if his going you a favour to book accomodation there. I was able to find TREETOP GUEST HOUSE, when though they were fully booked, they lady tried her utmost to assist me as she knew i was coming with my family. I have not received this type of service from anyone for a long time now and as you can see i use booking.com quite abit. I would not recommend this guesthouse to anyone....
