Tolle Lage, ruhig und trotzdem direkt am KADEWE
Frühstück war lecker, leider gegen 9:30 nicht mehr, oder noch nicht wieder, alles vorhanden; mein Rührei war kalt😕

Wanted to cancel my added breakfast due to schedule change. Staff refused outright. In 2024, any amount of money is non-refundable, especially if it is just for additional services. Greed!
And towels: all of them smelled cooking oil... Nothing more to add here!
Heating in rooms: dried air blows in, absolutely devastates one's throat and nose. You start coughing endlessly, eventually resolving to opening the windows, which in a wintertime can only lead to one outcome!

Super zentrale Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, ein wirklich tolles Frühstück mit einer super Auswahl für jeden Geschmack.
Die Etagenbetten quietschten ziemlich, aber auf Nachfrage wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt.

Es war alles bestens, auch das Frühstück war gut und abwechslungsreich.
Nur 1 Punkt: Die Zimmer/Bäder sind ziemlich hellhörig.

I was travelling with my mom and 2 kids, so we've stayed in the room with 2 beds and double decker bed. Everything was perfect: location (10-12 min walk from Zoologischer Garten Berlin railway station), wifi, room and hotel cleanliness. But the hotel's main feature is definitely breakfasts. They were very delicious, with vast variety of food and organic corner.
The double decker bed was very creaky so it bothered us to sleep after a long day.

Lage sehr gut, Zimmer und Einrichtung sehr gut wie in dieser Kategorie erwartet
Frühstücksbuffet modern, aber unübersichtlich und nicht wirklich strukturiert. Sehr viele Gäste, man fühlte sich in der Räumlichkeit wie in einem großen Wartesaal auf Grund der Lautstärke.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam! Da ich an Zöliakie leide, bin ich auf eine glutenfreie Diät angewiesen...ich habe in Deutschland bisher keine bessere Erfahrung bei einem Hotelfrühstück gemacht:
- alles sauber deklariert
- glutenfreie Brot-Ecke mit eigenem Toaster
- Kontaminationsgefahren wurden weitgehend minimiert und auf Anregungen wurde direkt eingegangen.
Ich habe mich sicher gefühlt und habe mich dann jeden Morgen auf das Frühstück gefreut.
Das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau, da die Auswahl auch so groß genug war:
Offene Marmeladen mit Waffelschälchen führen leider zwangsläufig zu Kontamination mit Gluten.
Vielleicht wäre hier eine andere Lösung möglich?

Great and very central location, nearby the underground metro. The breakfasts were very good with great selection of food. Big plus to selection of milk (lactose free, soya, almond etc.). Good coffee machine and waffle maker.
Room was quiet despite central location. Bed was very comfy.

Located in a Beautiful part of the city within 6 minutes walk of 3 metro stations. Great Value for money. Bunk beds in the bedrooms were a smash hit with my kids and perfect for Families.
A Mall with high fashion brands nearby.
Good shops nearby with a mini grocery store a minute away.
Double bed had two single duvets provided and not suitable for a couple covering together
Upper bunk had an unpadded overhang easy to bump heads into

Nice clean room. WiFi seems to be working very well. Good location with great restaurants nearby.
Have to ask by 11am every morning if room needed to be cleaned in name of "environmentally friendly". I think this should be left to every customer to decide, example hanging towels in the rack. Or at least make it easier to have possibility to refresh towel without having full room cleaning service.

Staff friendlyness, very good breakfast, minibar in the room price :)
Very near to metro but I mostly used other metro line which was a little further away.
I asked to empty the trash bin but they didnt.

Good size rooms. Bunk bed for kids. Friendly staff. Close to the zoo.
Breakfast selection was very good, but sone food taste didn’t meet expectations. Restaurant is open only for breakfast.
