Great location, close to lots of beaches and Southland. Lovely clean, modern unit. comfortable bed with nice bedding and good pillows. Friendly cleaners and accomodating reception staff. Great communication, good written instructions regarding after yours checkin and carparking. Loved the pool and hot tub

modern clean apartment, thoughtfully styled and stocked. I lost one of my hoop earrings which the cleaning staff found. the receptionist left a message on my phone and luckily we hadn’t left town yet so I was able to retrieve it.

the beds were too soft and pillows too hard. on day 2 we asked for different pillows, which they supplied. we stayed 5 nights. their policy is to renew towels on day 4. we did our own washing and did the towels ourselves. would have made more sense if management refreshed the towels on day 3. we also needed to extend our stay by a day as I had hurt my back and bed ridden. even though the room was free, they wouldn’t give it to us at the same rate we had paid for previous nights, but asked for $100. they ended up advertising the room for less than the rate we paid as they didn’t fill it. we ended up having to move for one night, which we could have done without. the pool and spa is lovely. unfortunately the spa wasn’t working the day we we’re leaving

Immaculate apartment. Comfortable, spacious and location was great.

Nothing not to like except for maybe adding a booking attention regarding rooms with connecting doorways between rooms for guests that want a silent stay. Being told at 2.30pm in the afternoon to be quiet was so rude.

Staff friendly, rooms clean and comfortable. Good parking.

Would have liked a spare blanket in the room and pillow option.

Very clean and fresh. Good size kitchen and loved the gas cook top.

Only problem was the mattress. Too soft and cheap. Terrible night sleep as a result.
