No one remind there's breakfast offered, so totally missed!! Location is excellent.

I was shock that one day missing a hand towel after cleaning/replacing towels. 2)We booked 2 rooms, but turned out - not at the same floor, even it said upgraded, but 1 closet was missing a door! 5th floor & 16th floor, quite far apart!

Location is horrific ,pictures online dnt match the actual hotel (run down area)on top of that my friend was assigned a room ,upon entering found a couple busy at it ,who does that? Lousy hotel

It’s close to where we want to be. The room was for an elderly couple, when we asked for another chair in the room they managed to find one to accommodate our request. very much appreciated

It was clean when we checked in but that wasn’t maintained during the one week stay.

location is super~ very easy walk to all kinds of transpotations: tram, subway, bus. And a pleasant walkable distance to Victoria Park, Habour Park, shopping center in Causeway Bay area. Along the streets of the building, there're plenty of local food stall to choose from, almost 24/7 run. Love the location.

the windows in the room can't be opened, yet, the circulation is quite acceptable. But, the bathroom has no window, I had to turn on the ventilation all night, which made a lot of noise. (maybe quieter in other rooms?)

I liked that the host was very friendly and patient, especially when dealing with foreigners. The hotel has a few good eateries around so you need not worry about having to go far if you're lazy to head out. (They have Mak's Noodle a couple of blocks away for famous wonton noodles - YES!) Generally for the price paid, this hotel is considered spacious and comfortable as opposed to other hotels which are half the room size for the very same price or more. The area is not happening so it is good for those who want proper rest at night. Conveniently near the MTR station, about.. 3-4 mins walk, though I couldn't locate an escalator/lift to help with my heavy luggage. There should be one, but I didn't look for it. Personally, I don't mind the fact that I need to take the MTR out everytime I want to go some place because their system is so efficient, convenient, quick and easy to navigate. I definitely enjoyed my stay here.

The location is fantastic with easy access to buses, trams and the MTR. The apartment was very clean and we had a bath too. It was well serviced and we had use of a washer/dryer which was extremely useful as we were there for a week. The bed was very comfortable and the view was fabulous.

Even though we had a kitchen there was no cutlery or plates or pans.

Price too expensive,

The prices shud be Seaview, but I cannot get in.
