A beautiful hotel with friendly and responsive staff. Room rate included a delicious breakfast.
A great location just off Antigua’s main square.
There were no comfortable chairs in room for sitting and resting or reading.

Clean and comfortable, and a lovely breakfast. Great location too!
A little more on the expensive side for Antigua, but worth it.

Hotel is located close to the city center, surronded by lots of cafes and restaurants. Amazing people working at the hotel always ready to help and always with smiling faces:). Room was clean and comfy. Nice patio in front of the room.

- Friendly staff
- Nice facilities
- Cozy environment
- Super close to Antigua's central square
- Lots of restaurants nearby
- Room was clean and tidy
- No weird smells (I've had bad experience with humid walls at other places)
Our bathroom had a bathtub which was very nice. However, turning bathtub lights on would also turn on bathroom extractor fan which was quite noisy. So, it was a little difficult to relax in the bathtub while listening to the rumbling of the extractor fan. Bathtub area was quite dark too so turning off the lights was not an option either.

Great location, very friendly staff! Breakfast was delicious and loved eating out on the patio.
The rooms are dark but that is the style of the local architecture.

The room was smaller compared to the pictures, but it was okay. The bathroom however is very uncomfortable for more than two people (it was a 4-adult room). Over all it was pretty fair, but I think maybe it wasn’t worth $140 a night.
Breakfast was very poor, although staff tries to make their best to treat you well and make you feel comfortable. In general the staff was nice, the guy at the front desk even though he was polite and nice, he was not attentive at all, would watch me carry 4 big luggage and not move a finger to help, and was super repelent when asking for more towels.

Everything was perfect but the location was the best!!

The rooms were clean, big comfortable king size bed, hot water shower, beautiful garden.
Location is great, walking distance to everything.
There's no parking available, the restaurant lacks "atmosphere", ( but food was good ), no cupboards or hanging space for clothes, bit noisy if in room 1 next to entrance and reception.

The location is less than a black from the Plaza. The decor is very artistic and sort of historic like Antigua itself. The courtyard is absolutely beautiful with colorful plants and flowers; I had breakfast there every morning. The desk clerk, I think his name was Rudi, was very helpful and professional. The rooms were very clean. Jocelyn was the name of the housekeeper and she was dedicated to make me happy about the cleanliness of my room. The free breakfast was great, with lots of choices. And by the way the hotel is also very quiet and peaceful.
I can't think of anything really. I stay at Los Olivos a few times a year and really enjoy it.

The location of this hotel is superb for quite a few attractions and eateries. Reception was able to check us in a little before the official check in time, which we really appreciated. The room is spacious, but somewhat too big as there is a lot of dead space in the room. Security and the lock down process helps make you feel safe.
The room is a bit dark, and the wifi signal doesn't work in the rooms. The bathroom could use a bit more lighting, and it is definitely time to regrout the tubs. On our last day, I went to retrieve an item the rolled under one of the chairs, upon pulling the item there was a big dust bunny/ball of long blonde hairs prompting me to question the room's cleanliness. No one was ever available at reception beyond the first day we checked in.

Such a beautiful peaceful boutique hotel! Captured the Vibe of Antigua. Very secure perfect location steps away from EL Parque Central surrounded by many restaurants and shop. Breakfast was included and it was very good. Very clean, accommodating and very friendly. I appreciate their help in finding transportation. Highly recommend for a stay in Antigua. Will be back !

Room was super clean, looked just like the pictures. location was amazing
Room was the closest to reception and facing the street, super noisy. Staff is unreachable, we arrived at 10pm and couldn’t find the hotel (they close the doors and from outside looks like any house). We tried calling 3-4 times and nobody answered. the next day we had to leave because of an emergency and the manager offered us that if they could sell the night, they could give us a credit to use later, we asked about it during the day and again, no answer.
