The rooms are clean and comfortable, the property is well located

No hot water and we could here the guests of the other room next to us talking in the bathroom

Great clean hotel in a good location, breakfast was included and wonderful. Staff were really nice. It was very safe feeling too. I often left my door open and felt fine with that. Was a nice experience, lots of travelers. Pool is great for kids too.

The location, staff and breakfast were all good..

The room was dark and parts of it ie the bathroom door were dirty. As our room was next to the reception it was noisy especially at night with returning guests banging on the door.

Breakfast was great! Staff was excellent ! It was clean and nice garden out back.

No air conditioning in the room in which case we had to keep the windows open for air but we were on the main walkway from the front desk so noisy at night, toilet kept running, low lighting/dirty lamp shade.

the hotel environment is good, and had accessible water, and the parking is ok and safe

I did not like that the lady who attended was not available at dawn my wife was sick and did not receive much help, I had to touch and turn on the light of the front desk for her to come out and attend to me, the room was very small, the beds made a lot noise and the bathroom was super uncomfortable and my feet barely fit when I sat down, the bathroom was small and not to my liking, in photos the hotel looks good but in person I did not like the room, I will not return, breakfast without variety and only One option. and the extinguisher was empty or expired I put a photo to check
