The staff tired to be accommodating. The bed was very comfortable, although the pillows were not. The body lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash were nice. The rooms had AC which was very important with the September 88 F heatwave. The location was great. The breakfast was delicious and the setting quite pretty with a bright, sunny space, great music and an altogether fun and happy vibe.

We were disappointed in a few things; the sink and shower drains were stopped up, the handheld shower faucet hose was broken, the pillows were quite hard (they tried to give us softer ones but they too were not soft enough for us), the safe in one of our rooms would not work. They did not provide washcloths but did provide extra hand towels and said to use those as facecloths. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower would hardly pump out and one could not remove the top to get more than a small amount at a time to release. We were told that they would refund 50% of the first nights stay- this was not reflected in our final bill.

Really loved my stay! The room was split level with very steep steps to the bed (mentioned when you book) so not suitable for everyone. The bed was up the steps and a small living space and bathroom downstairs. The room was a little smaller than expected but perfect for what I needed. Breakfast was great and the staff were lovely. Would stay again.

The steps are not accessible for everyone but fine for me.

Nice mezzanine setup. Very original layout. Overall design is very smart and creates a world apart. Staff is very helpful. Restaurant at the ground floor is very good. Excellent location means you walk through interesting parts of the city to get to city centre.

A little bit tight for two people. No cupboard or drawers, just a hanger (seems to be the new trend, doesn’t work for me).

Location & staff were great. I loved complimentary snacks provided daily & plenty of lovely body care products.

It was noisy as it is on busy street. Also, having bed in the upper level & conditioner right above the bed was not ideal.

The location was fabulous! We loved the room, the space, the restaurant, and the staff! The bathroom was amazing and the shower was our favorite of our trip! It was a great place to stay!

The room was cold. We turned up the heat as high as the remote would go but we couldn't seem to warm the space up very well. We didn't say anything because honestly the location, the space, and the hotel in general made up for it.
