The name of the property isn’t relevant.. there isn’t port view. it isn’t far from the city but the street where the hotel stay isn’t the best..

Staff was very professional, helpful and friendly. Sorry I wanted to give some tip but I didn't cause I needed my Cash for Uber. Next time! Room was clean, AC and fan, hot water; TV; new bathroom; balcony Would recommend! Close to Pettah shopping area!

The staff of this hotel was very helpful. There was a kettle in our room to make tea which we enjoyed since we arrived quite late. The bathroom was one of the best that we had during our 2 week trip.

The checkout was 11 AM which is earlier than usual.

WARNING! Do not stay here! I informed the hotel that we will come very early in the morning as our flight landed at 3 a.m. however I did not receive any answer from the hotel, and once we came, the hotel was completely closed. In the middle of the night in the foreign city we were forced to look for another accommodation. And then next day I received a message that the hotel cancelled our booking! A day after when we were supposed to stay there! My worst experience ever, this never happened with any other hotel which I have booked via booking.com. Better stay away, there are way better options in Colombo.

We did not enjoy our stay mainly because of the location and the fact the wifi did not work at all. We didn’t feel very safe here due to the location not due the hotel or the staff.

Room and furniture looks new

Wierd system of entrance and exit: front door is locked and you always need to call by cell phone to somebody open it. Also I was checking-in about 20 minutes: they have me 2 rooms before I got the one I actually booked. Declined my request to re-pay by card after I payed by cash

Room was very clean, comfortable and access was very easy. The location of the Hotel is pretty good too. The area isn't that loud at night times and easily accessible/close to important shopping centers.

Needed a Balcony or a Window opening to get some fresh air at times.

no cleaning during stay there, no hot water but it was not extrimely cold, so ok. The shower need to be repair, becuase constanty separating one part from another. Also the flap into the sink doesn't open, so pleaso also try to fix.

Big clean rooms and modern bathrooms. Definitely did not expect this level of standard. Definitely worth the price paid. Staff were very polite and helped in giving us a lot of information about how to get about the city. Roof top bar views of the harbour was stunning. Would stay here again when coming to colombo.

Excellent location, All the facilities mentioned in the website were available. Room was spacious enough and was clean. Bathroom was average in size but it was clean.

The port city can be seen over the nearby buildings but there is no such a breathtaking view of port city as mentioned in the site.
