The hotel is in great location - in the main street of city center. The breakfast was okay I guess. Not a huge choice but you can find some products for sandwiches, fruits, cereals, croissants also eggs and sausages (drawbacks of it below). The staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall a hotel has quite some drawbacks. First of all, the information on booking clearly states that you can pay by card. However, upon arrival I was told that it's not possible. I had to argue about the fact that I was informed otherwise and after quite some discussion I was finally allowed to pay by card. So you really need to push to receive this right. Regarding the room itself, it was not cozy at all. It is all very old fashioned - furniture, lighting, floor, ceiling, bathroom. There was an old toiletries left on the windowsill of the bathroom, so cleaning was not done very properly. Also, the view from my room was to the inner yard, and the window was facing directly to the backs of other buildings. So not much natural light either and since the opposing building had entrances and windows right in front of mine you really just want to keep the curtains closed all the time since it's not cozy otherwise. The room also has poor sound isolation to both - outside and the corridor. The hotel has no elevator, so keep that in mind if you are travelling with heavy luggage. The pastry products (bread, croissants) during breakfast seemed to be not fresh. They were hard. Also the breakfast starts from 8 AM but it seems that they only starts preparing it that time because if you come until 9 everything will still be in progress. Overall, I think the value of room I received for asked prices was definitely not worth it.

The people at the reception are super nice and helpful. They are willing to answer any questions you have and always welcome you with warm smiles on their faces. Location is very central.

Hotel Bella Casa is a amazing hotel to stay, all staff are very kind and polite specially to Mr. Acho, he is very flexible to the clients, he will do his best to let the tenant's be happy and comfortable. Checking In & Out is very easy and hassle free. Best hotel location in Tbilisi as it is located to very known and popular street in town which is the Rustaveli avenue. You will not worry about the transportation and tour agents as they are providing it to you if you'll asked. Will definitely comeback again and will recommend to our friends. Thanks to all the staff specially to Mr. Acho.
