The bathroom was catastrophic. There was a leakage and it was dirty. We had to put on 4 bath towels on the ground to reduce the leakage We asked to change the room, we had to convince the employee to call the manager of the hotel after 2h of discussion At the end, we finally left the hotel and we get our money back for 2 nights. The first one was horrible but we were there so we agreed to pay. I'm posting photo I'll never come back there and I don't advice to go there

it was clean enough, there were nice shops, restaurants and snack bars nearby. I really liked that there was a parking space. I also liked that there was an elevator.

the room was quite cramped for 4 people, I think its capacity is for two at most. Two of the beds were slightly broken and sagging. It was also a bit noisy due to traffic and guests at the hotel next door.

Very comfortable room with free toiletries. It was clean and quite. The wifi works well. There is an elevator. The location is good, close to the metrobus station and some shops. Staff was friendly and the reception is 24h open. I think there is no better place in Istanbul for such a low price

We had one bad experience in this hotel. After our arrival (it was late at night) they told us they forgot about us, so they don't have our room ready and we need to spend the first night in the temporary room. After this night we had to leave the room and replace our luggage to the reception so they could clean the temporary room. We had to come back at the afternoon to get the new room. When we came at the evening, there was another person at the recepion and she didn't know our problem. She also didn't speak English! We spent the next 30 minutes trying to explain her the whole story using google translate... Finally we get the right room, but that was definitely something that should never happen in the normal hotel!

Nothing , it’s without computation the worst hotel in Istanbul & the worst hotel I’ve been to in the world

1- it’s like they know it’s a cheap hotel so no need to treat their poor customers with respect and nicely! 2- the mattress is made of concrete I think! sleeping on the floor would have been so much better 3- I won’t stay there again even for free .. It’s sad I can’t give them 0/10 and I had to give them 1/10 which they don’t deserve.
