Needless to say it was everything we expected and more. We especially loved the food served, generous portion and beautifully presented. The boat in general is beautiful and well maintained. Cabins are not too spacious but felt cozy and well equipped. The best part was the bamboo boat ride on the 2nd day, the water was so high we had to duck to avoid getting our heads hit by the limestones, it was lots of fun. Strongly recommend!

We had a truly wonderful experience with Le Theatre cruise. From the moment we boarded everyone was super professional and helpful, always with a smile on their faces and willing to go above and beyond to cater to our every needs. We had the most beautiful cabin with a lovely bathtub and the view from our balcony was spectacular. If you've never been to Halong bay you MUST. This was hands down one of the most memorable experiences we had, and doing this with Le Theatre cruise was absolutely a wise decision.

We can't think of anything to dislike

Staff was very attentive, friendly & helpful, especially Peter (Trung). We enjoyed kayaking and boat ride to the cave.

All foods were delicious and the textures fits us, and cruise manager Tom who had a lot passion and take care of all customers on the cruise. Moreover, I’d like to appreciate to Jennie that she had had solve my query prior this trip and replied fast and properly👍🏻 I would like to recommend to all my friends who shall visit Halong bay with the cruise that absolutely could have great experience here.

El personal del barco es brutal! Lo pasamos genial :) La comida estaba muy buena. Fuimos con dos amigos vegetarianos y les traían comida vegetariana especial para ellos (en el buffet no todo era vegetariano). Las habitaciones son muy cómodas sobre todo la cama :) Tienes ventana en la habitación y nosotros cogimos con balconcito (no sé si tienen todas) y es muy recomendable. Las actividades son las mismas que en todos los barcos y están incluidas (leí que en algunos barcos te hacen pagar) El agua aquí también está incluida. La ruta es Lan Ha , nosotros nos decantamos por esta pq leímos que había menos turistas y que los barcos eran más pequeños. La verdad que no sé si fue por las fechas (fuimos el 1/12) pero no había mucha gente, el Kayak lo hicimos prácticamente solos.

Los precios de las bebidas son un poco caros para ser Vietnam aunque era de esperar. Si no recuerdo mal eran como 10e al cambio los cócteles aunque en la happy hour te hacen 3x2. Y los cafés tipo capuchino son como 3e o así..

Everyone was super nice with us and Laura - our guide was especially attentive and led an engaging experience. Our room was absolutely dreamy with a huge balcony and a gorgeous bath tub overlooking the bay. Halong bay was breathtaking, we wished we could have stayed forever. On another note, food was amazing but cocktails in my opinion were wayyyy too strong.

We had an amazing stay. Everything was very well organized, all the boat was very clean, the room was amazing with a lovely balcony. The staff was particularly kind. A big thank you to them. Thank you as well to Leo, the cruise manager who was very nice and assisted us in a great manner. We did two nights and I definitely recommend two nights instead of one, to be able to get the full Ha Long Bay cruise experience. It definitely worth the price. It is the best way to discover the bay. You will not regret it. You will leave with you head full of wonderful memories.

That we didn’t stay longer, one night is a flying visit for this cruise ship. Try to stay two nights if you can!

The staff was incredible and the views were too. The boat is not entirely new but still really great. The food was plenty and tasty!

The drinks we brought were only possible to drink on the room. The room was not very big.

It was a lovely stay, very relaxing, stunning sights of Ha Long Bay. The food was very good and Anna was extremely helpful throughout our stay with anything that we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed the tour, bedrooms were comfortable, food delicious, great service provided by staff and tour guide. Only thing to improve perhaps could be option for lower pillow, my neck's a bit sensitive.

Everything was amazing. The views of the bay are incredible. The staff were amazing and could not do enough to help. The food was also really good and the cocktails on offer during happy hour were also really nice. My, now, fiancée proposed to me on this boat and the staff went out of their way to make it extra special. I will never forget this trip, it was perfect.

We were given a free upgrade to the fantastic Panorama Suite - super spacious with an amazing 360 degree view of Halong Bay. We loved the furnishings which were new and modern. The design of the common areas such as the restaurant and top deck were great as well which provided many photo ops! The food was amazing, especially the seafood dinner, and there were numerous activities to occupy our time on the boat. We were blessed with good weather during our cruise and got to enjoy a beautiful sunset on the top deck bar. Limousine transfer to and fro hanoi was slightly pricey but very convenient. The cruise was so amazing that we regretted booking 2D1N only and wished we had more time to spend in our amazing rooms!

The only I like is the natural beauty of the Bay. That is it. Everything is much less desirable than I thought

Food is a biggest problem. Too much MSG. Seems like they try to poison guests. I dont know why people use MSG that much, everywhere, and a lot of those. And the selection of courses is terrible. They could have done much better. But they did it with neglect and little care. Secondly, it is the whole service, from the unclean and water only to the ankle level of the so-called pool. Thirdly, it is the inconvenience of transferring from small boat to the the actual vessel. Will not go back again. Such a waste of time.

Scenery was amazing and we had the panorama room so amazing views and definitely happy I had this room / experience. We had a freestanding bathtub in the bathroom too with a window which was great. Our server 'Sam' was lovely too and super helpful. I would still say it's worth doing for the experience but don't expect 5* hotel level of quality / luxury. Didn't see too many other boats so was pretty scenic and peaceful. We still enjoyed our stay and experience but I don't think the price of the rooms on this boat matches the expectations one might have.

For £400 per night we were expecting a lot better so I didn't think it was good value for money. A lot of our complaints are similar to many others that have reviewed here such as bland food, boat needs a refresh as it looks much older and worn than just a couple of years old (we were told it's new but that's hard to believe!). We were only supplied with 1 small bottle of water in the room (which was also plastic, would prefer glass), no mini bar barely any bath products etc. For £400 a night we expected so much better. I've stayed in places for half as much that have been so much more luxury feeling with lots of nice touches. Quite a lot of people on here saying these same things so I hope the company can listen and improve.

Food was amazing. Super big portions of delicious food. Perfect for foodies. Staff were so welcoming and polite. They attend to every details of guest.

Loved our guide Tom. All the staff were absolutely amazing and were always ready to assist you! We did a beautiful route for the cruise. Great Vietnamese food with more than enough of all portions.

Only thing we would change was the cooking class- it was a bit simplistic. We made cold spring rolls.

Our host, Tom was very nice offering a lot of interesting information. Our waiter, Lucky was also great on getting us what we needed The food was the best, especially the seafood The cocktails aren't included in the price, but they aren't expensive (200k vnd). All activities were worth it I would totally recomand

Staff are amazing, we were upgraded to a room with a full wraparound window. Facilities are good and extras like cookery lessons/ night fishing were excellent

The evening film is predominantly fish which is lovely but there is no choice, and would not suit everyone.

Boat was satisfactory and did the job, if the weather had been better I think it would have been more pleasurable as could have used the pool and loungers on the top deck.

Boat is more worn and used than it looks on the photos. Food was average. Unfortunately there was a party boat parked quite close to us overnight so we struggled to sleep with the racket!
