The hotel is in a great location for the main sights, old quarter and French quarter. The staff were exceptional, so helpful and gave recommendations about where to eat, etc. I would definitely recommend it.

Everything, from the get go all the staff made us feel very comfortable once we arrived. The hotel itself is located perfectly for most tourist sights in Hanoi and our room was very clean and had all amenities for our stay. Big thank you to all the staff who have been exceptional!!! Can’t recommend this place enough, and we will look forward to our next stay!! :)

Beliggenheden er god. Personalet var venligt. Værelset havde en god størrelse.

Vi havde booket med balkon, men det var nærmere en fransk altan. På billedet af værelset er balkon med cafebord og stole uden for. Ved os var der mere tale om et vindue/fransk altan. Morgenmaden var heller ikke så imponerende, og der manglede beskrivelser af tingene på bordet.

The location was perfect! The staff were amazing and so accommodating. We had a really early tour so the made us a take away breakfast The roof top bar was closed and too cold to swim but still lovely to go up and bring a beverage and enjoy the view.

The staff are friendly and the location is very good.

I'd give it a 7, but as it's very misleading with so many 10s, I'll give it a 5. Not clean,there was hair and dust everywhere. Noisy and very poor breakfast.

Great localization Fantastic stuff

De ligging is super. Midden in het centrum maar toch geen last van de drukte en het verkeer in de kamer. Ook was het erg fijn om even af te kunnen koelen in het zwembad. Voor het personeel is niks te gek. Ze zijn super behulpzaam en staan 24/7 voor je klaar.

Es war das letzte Hotel auf unserer 5wöchigen Reise und meine Erwartungen waren sehr klein. Ich wurde aber überaus positiv überrascht. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon, was ich sehr empfehlen kann. Mir war es sehr wichtig natürliches Licht zu haben. Wir haben den Balkon nicht wirklich genutzt, da Hanoi eine recht laute Stadt ist und die Fahrzeugabgase zu riechen sind. Das Frühstück was lecker, auch gut für Vegetarier. Das Personal war sehr kinderfreundlich. Man ist mitten im geschehen und kann schnell durch das Gewusel von Hanoi laufen :)

Bei Zimmern zur Strassennähe sollte man besser Ohrenschutz für die Nacht nutzen. Das Hotel selber kann dafür aber nix. Ich habe nix am Hotel an sich auszusetzen.Es war alles super.

Das Personal war sehr freundliche und hilfsbereit. Nachdem wir das zweite mal das Zimmer Wechsel wollten, wurden wir in ein Hotel mit einer höheren Sternenkategorie untergebracht.

Die Zimmergröße entsprach nicht den beschriebenen 28m2, das Zimmer war wesentlich kleiner. Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig. Die Sauberkeit im ersten Zimmer war nicht gut im zweiten Zimmer Passabel.

Special thanks to Tracy who is a very lovely girl and will do anything to make sure that everything is right. The rest of the staff is also very kind and sweet. They gave me some fruit to take along on my trip and also some tips for my next destination. Hanoi is a very busy town, the hotel is right in the middle of that.

Gran estadía! El lugar muy cómodo, el personal muy amable. Tracy y Lily nos ayudaron del minuto 1. El desayuno muy variado y muy rico. Muy buena ubicación! Al lado de todo caminando. El wifi funciona perfecto. Estábamos en el último piso y había una señal especial para la pieza. Muy buena relación precio-calidad.

Solo por comentar posibles mejoras (que son menores en todo caso), las almohadas eran muy grandes para dormir cómodamente. Respecto a los tour que ofrecen (Ha Long Bay o similares) desde el mismo hotel, eran un poco caros y en oficinas de turismo cerca ofrecen lo mismo por menos precio (nosotros tomamos dos tours desde una oficina que se llama BB travel y todo bien).

We had an amazing stay at San Palace Hotel and Spa. We booked two rooms, very spacious and comfortable beds, good bathroom. Staff were very welcoming, helpful. Concierge service to leave our bags was handy as we reached early.

Friendly staff. Excellent rooftop bar. Good bed. No noise from the street. Great massage in the spa.

A bit worn down, but very clean!

The staffs and the doormen were so friendly. All speak fluent English and even introduced some places for my little daughter. The airport pick-up is arranged in a nice way, the driver is nice and drove safe. The room is spacious and clean. It is located in the Old Quater, great location to shopping area. The breakfast choice is small but nice.

The drainage at the shower is not well, water going out slow.

Everything!!! Literally everything. The staffs are very attentive, courteous and super helpful with everything. We booked the executive suite with balcony and it was huge! We loved the sitting area. The bed was comfortable, enough storage for clothes, slippers, free toiletries. Hot shower. Laundry for $2 per kilo. Breakfast was great: from asian breakfast to some breads like croissants etc., cereals, fruits & salads and many more. We enjoyed the sky bar - happy hour in the afternoon. Massage was okay. Location is great, very close to everything. For light sleepers (and the picky ones) the noise from the busy traffic might annoy you but you chose to stay in the Old Quarter - you can’t really stay away from the noise totally. They provide earplugs but we were fine with a little traffic noise so we didn’t need it.

Water leaks out when you shower, so sometimes the bathroom is soaking wet. Broken shower head but had two so it didn’t bother us.

Lovely big room, very comfortable and clean. Loved the Sky bar and the view from up there is amazing. Didn’t get chance to go in pool which is small but perfectly okay for a plunge.

Niggly things..switch on kettle had to be held down. Reported but not changed. No English tea bags. No tea at all at breakfast. None of these things affected us too much!

Great Location.We could walk everywhere- to the Lake, Water puppet Theatre and all of Old Quarter area. Super helpful & Friendly staff.They always gave us suggestions and even made reservations for us when we went our for a meal. Good wholesome breakfast. They even packed us breakfast as we had to leave at 6 am to the airport. Great value for money.

Very friendly staff - helpful as well. Great location. Clean good rooms. Good breakfast. Decent price.

Le personnel est particulièrement à notre écoute, gracieux et très réactif et notamment Lily qui est exceptionnelle. Par ailleurs l'établissement est très bien situé, au carrefour des 4 quartiers du vieil Hanoï.

Bel emplacement de la piscine mais à cette saison l'eau reste froide...dommage.on

Staff were amazingly friendly and could not do enough for us. They went out of their way to help you and both Daff and Lily were both very helpful. The accommodation was large and clean and within walking distance and there were lots of shops around the area.

More advice than didn't like but for lighter sleepers may need some ear plugs as in a bustling area of the city. Luckily the staff provided me some so all worked out well.

The location

The bathroom was not clean, old and the tap was half broken. The room was basic, nothing special. The thing I really didn’t like is that unless I paid cash they charge me 3% extra. This was not the price I booked for and when doing my booking, this was nowhere mentioned. So the hotel just decides this by themselves.

The staff were super helpful and are a credit to the hotel 😊 was a shame the weather was so wet as didn't use the pool, which was a big draw for booking this city hotel.

Nothing major, just a suggestion or two, for a better experience: Could do with a couple of hooks near the door/back of the door to hang up wet coats. Would be good to have a full-length mirror in the room or at least a dressing table mirror near the plug sockets to dry/style your hair.

Der Service war einfach super. Vor allem ein großes Dankeschön an Daff, die bereits im Vorfeld mit mir alles geklärt hat. Die Lage ist top. Das Frühstück war auch super. Die Massagen im Schwesternhotel (10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt) waren spitze. Alles in einem eine sehr gute Wahl in Hanoi.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Straße und unser Zimmer war zur Straße gelegen, so dass es war seeeeehr laut.
