Staff were excellent, helpful and very generous. Surprised me with a cake for my birthday.
Comfortable bed and good selection for breakfast.
Nice bar, great location and minute walk to the lake, trendy bars opposite the hotel.

All I can say is the customer service is wow. Jerry was extremely patient with me as I changed my dates multiple times. I told him the things i wanted to see and he made sure I was on the right track. Then when the roads were closed for the local market on the weekend, he personally took my luggage and me on a bike to drop off to the area I wanted to go near by.

I had a very great stay.
From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted warmly by the attentive staff, who ensured a seamless check-in process.
The room I stayed in exceeded my expectations in every way. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing me with a very good night sleep.
Throughout my stay, I was consistently impressed by the level of service provided by the staff. Especially Kim and Jerry who went out of their way to anticipate my needs before I wanted to ask. I had a great trip to Halong Bay with Jerry support. He is a great man!
Overall, my experience at the hotel was nothing short of outstanding. Thank you to the entire team for their hard work and dedication in ensuring that guests have a memorable stay. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Superb!

The best hotel I stayed in Hanoi. Room I had were quite even been in the Old Quarter and near the lake (Location was ideal in getting to the top areas). Breakfast was great. And best of all we’re the staff, very kind to recommend all the things for me. Booking all tours with them was also my wisest choice. Definitely will come back!!!

Good breakfast!
Problems with room access cards (family connecting room). Mini bar not cold.

Staff were friendly and welcoming, good location in the heart of the old quarter
There was no natural light in the room, the window looked out onto a wall painted as a beach. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The room looked nothing like the photo. The walls were thin and we were woken up multiple times during our stay by guests talking in the corridors

The location of this hotel is awesome, just off the beautiful lake/temple in the old Quarter.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
In the pictures, it shows the top floor primary suite is having an open air balcony. However, they are putting an addition on, and the balcony now has a roof over the top of it. It was a huge letdown as we were hoping to have sky above us on the balcony.
The non-suite/ traditional rooms have absolutely no windows, if you look at the photo as you can tell that there are mirrors painted on the walls to represent windows.
It was all right for a couple of days and because we had the presidential suite on the top for my husband and myself. Our children spent most of their time in our room.
Had we been there longer than four or five nights? I think the other rooms would’ve become depressing.
they had construction going on in the basement bar the entire time we were there, it wasn’t listed on the website and hotel should be required to list it when they have construction going on inside of them.

fabulous location in a quiet street, only half a block from the lake. The staff are so friendly helpful and kind.
I was told the hotel is constructing an upstairs bar and restaurant which will be terrific addition. current bar in basement is not appealing

The staff here are superb. Honestly the best staff I've ever experienced at any hotel. Dolly and Son were exceptional along with everyone else as well. Very helpful in helping me book tours, store luggage, and overall very friendly. The rooms were perfectly clean. The location is very convenient. The cocktails at the bar were delicious. This place is A+++ and each I come to Hanoi I will be staying bere.
I loved everything.

Location was great as it it just around old quarter. Great pizza restaurant just opposite the hotel as well.
Staff at the front desk are one of the friendliest i've ever met for my holidays. They speak great english and always greet you as you leave/enter the hotel. Daisy , if i remember correctly, never fails to smile and helped us alot during our 2 nights stay in Hanoi. What can i say , great staff!!

The location
The walls in the hallway were filthy. The walls were paper thin. We could hear the people in the next room having a conversation. We had drinks sent to the room and housekeeping did not collect our dishes 2 days in a row. Hated the frosted glass on the bathroom door

Good location, good size of the rooms, we had connected rooms 2 double beds with 2 bathrooms, nice cosy bar downstairs
Member of staff at reception told me that cleaner said that my towels were to dirty to clean. I think they were looking for money. I went back to my room and was able to clean towels myself. I was very disappointed.
Breakfast could have more continental breakfast options like cheder cheese.

Small but comfortable rooms. All staff were very friendly and helpful. great location next to the lake and convenient little shops and restaurants close by.
The family connecting rooms were two separate hotel rooms and connected by a door in the passage which was open at the top and bottom which meant it could be quite noisy if you left your bedroom door open.

breakfast could have had more choices for western tourists

Great location in the heart of the old quarter. Walking distance for coffee, food, bars, and sights. We loved the Suite on the top floor which has a large balcony. We stayed there twice and the second time I asked for the suite again and we got upgraded for free. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the room is very clean. I would stay there again anytime.
3.0
The location was great. Close to stores, cafes, lake, shopping.
The place did not reflect the pictures. There was mold on the walls (covered with wall paper), holes in walls, bugs, no window in room 603 and 605. These adjoining rooms would have been terrible if you reserved one and a stranger staying in the other room. One room controls the external window light (simulate sunshine) and it shines into both bedrooms. One key card didn't open the first door that leads to both rooms. These rooms lack sunshine - would not stay in again. There were bugs in both bathrooms.
