Our room was a sanctuary of comfort and elegance, blending traditional charm with modern amenities. The staff at La Sinfonía del Rey are the hotel's shining stars. Rose and Hue were phenomenal, thoughtful and deliberate in their recommendations. Both shared great family-friendly sites to see, plus amazing price friendly and wonderful Vietnamese restaurants. Nestled in the heart of the city, the hotel serves is the perfect gateway to explore the rich cultural tapestry and vibrant street life. In conclusion, our stay at La Sinfonía del Rey Hotel & Spa was nothing short of extraordinary. It stands out not only for its physical beauty and prime location but for the spirit of warmth and excellence that defines it. And it was a wonderful experience for our family stay in Hanoi.

We had our best stay in Vietnam, at La Sinfoniya del Rey. The decor of the hotel is elegant, the staff is excellent and our stay had many clever little touches throughout that take them to the next level. The location is central and the soundproofing works as it's not the quietest part of town. They have a great spa facility and the staff was kind enough to facilitate a slightly later check-out for us. All-in-all, a great way to wind up our time in Vietnam :)

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Spa treatments amazing with great pressure and respected my ankle sprain.

The outside lights are turned off late at night so it’s easy to miss when you’re exploring late at night.
