The place is comfortable and tidy.

I had a flight at 5pm, the owner didn't allow me to wait for it in the common area after the checkout, telling me that the area it was only for the guest.

The owner was very helpful. We did have a language barrier, but it didn't stop him from wanting to help us all he could with organising a taxi for us and ensuring we got to our boat the day we left

no food just coffee and water which as lovely to have.

The overall stay started out great and simple. Its a super simple situation in a convenient part of town in walking distance to everything, leaving for the countryside or airport while being quieter than central Letitica. We made a pinkie size burn from a moxa stick on the bed. We definitely recognized we needed to pay for some damages. The frustrating thing was they took the opportunity to have us pay over 870 Pesos to buy a completely new, top of the line mattress, sheets, and bed protector, delivery, and credit card fees. It felt very exploitive and really tainted our experience. Internet is best in town (skylink), but still prohibitive for reliably showing up to meetings if you take video calls for work. Also rainy season makes it super unreliable and an exercise in patience. Works fine enough if you don't have to be accountable to other people.

They were always there to help when we needed to ask something. Very friendly, welcoming family that makes you feel home. Coffee in the morning and always accessible water is a very nice, kind service. Thank you very much for everything ♥️

Comfortable rooms in a very homely setting. The owner is super friendly and helpful. Rooms have got everything you need. It's not super close to the centre, but you can defs walk there. Would really recommend :)

A little kitchen to use would be nice

They are very nice and the accommodation is really comfortable, the room has 2 fans, so you don't feel the heat in the day if you work from here. And, speaking of internet, Leticia has a really bad internet in general, but here they have Starlink, though is not perfect is good enough to have meetings and work with git (pull/push, programmers understand this).

Great big room with big bathroom; Comfy beds and hammock in room; Quiet and very clean house.

A little bit far from the centre, but it's a small town; WiFi comes and goes but this is typical of everywhere in Leticia.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The area, as well as the rest of Leticia felt really safe, I never had to worry at all! There is a supermarket roughly 100 meters away.

The wifi is really slow, which is understandable considering it's in the middle of the amazon.

It is really close to Airport. The price is incomparably reasonable. The owner was friendly and waiting for me to arrive I guess the owner is well known in the town as a professor? , if you say the name of the place, they'll understand. In Leticia there are not so many places with A/C, but at least they had a fan, If you don't expect super nice room with the really nice price, it is a good place to stay I guess.

It is quite far from city center. So you gotta decide, Airport or Center. Ants were clawing on the bed... I guess it could be cleaner.

It was great after arriving late in leticia, we were there very quick and there were some good restaurants close by to grab a quick meal. Beds are good, mosquito nets on the windows and doors are good too. The owner is very nice and explains everything you need to know. We left early the next morning to catch the boat to puerto narino, everything went smooth here.

nothing really. As a remote worker I needed internet. but there was a general cut in the city. so the problem was not caused by the accommodation

Basic accommodations, good for a nights stay in Leticia. The owners are super nice and attentive and it's a 10 minute walk from the airport and city center, so nice location. Best of all, it's cheap. Not much is cheap in the Amazon

Can’t beat the price for single room, very relaxing room with lots of windows. Very helpful owner. Highly recommended. Location, you can walk to the center of the town as well as the airport.
