The layout was cool and the space was mind boggling (place is huge)

Apartment is very good located, within walking distance to all the major attractions, just around the corner of Uffizzi Museum. It was very comfortable and huge apartment.

Taking a shower was a challenge. The water would either be too hot or too cold. Also water pressure was very bad.

This apartment is unbelievable. Huge, nice, directly in the center, few meters from Uffizi and many other museums and attractions. Great equipment, aircon, 2 bathrooms, etc. While the streets are very busy, the windows of the apartment are good and it is very quiet inside. Living directly in the center is a HUGE advantage especially in hot days when it is good to come back to the apartment between different museums or other programs. And the host was so kind to allow us to keep our luggage in the apartment even after the checkout time which helped us a lot - many thanks for that.

Wow, what a property this is. There are so much to praise this place I dont know where to start. Arguably the best place we have stayed in so far. It is HUGE! And beautifully decorated. And brand new. Everything is in great shape. We can see the owner put in quite some effort to decorate the place. This 3BR apartment can house easily 8 people as it has 2 very nice couches. We actually use the couch as we love how it is decorated so much even though we have enough beds to sleep on. The kitchen is very well furnished. We cook full meals here with ease as we have 2 kids with us. And wow, its location! You cant find better location than this. It is literally next door to Uffizi Gallery. 1 minute walk from Piazza della Signoria. 5 minute walk to Piazza Del Duomo and Ponte Vecchio and 10 minute walk to Palazzo Pitti. Conad supermarket is about 5 minute away too. And there are so many Tripadvisor top rated cheap food vendors around. A top 10 Tripadvisor restaurant is also right below. Very highly recommended, except for the owner issue shared below.

Hot water in 1 of the bathrooms is quite weak and inconsistent. And the washing machine’s door is half broken, we needed help from the host to show us the trick to open it. Our clothes got stuck inside for half a day. But these are 2 tiny problems. My main issue was with how I was forced to pay more than I should have due to some issues with my booking and the host instead of honoring the price, I supposed, purposely increased it when knowing I was about have to rebook it. They then half committed to honor the original price I booked, and eventually refused to when Booking.com called them to confirm it. It is not an honest approach over a small amount of money and I am sure some guests would have reacted very angrily. We would still give the property very high rating. Unfortunately the owner is not recommended.
