Very clean, good location with lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. The checkin and check out process was super easy and the staff was very friendly. Would love to stay here again. It was a great value!

Super convenient location near Shinjuju, great vibe in the hotel, clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was AWESOME and made-to-order! Also, bed and pillows were super comfortable in contrast to what some said in earlier reviews. Don't worry about the location––it's Japan; it's completely safe and there are lots of people around.

Would have loved an earlier breakfast option (it starts at 8am) and a later bar option (it closes at 11:30 if I remember correctly). Rooms are a bit small I suppose compared to a U.S. hotel, but it was bigger than the Hilton I stayed at on Hokkaido...

Enjoyed our stay, so easy to get to Shinjuku and Shibuya. Also near Shin-Okubo train station which was really useful for getting around Tokyo and other mainline stations. We were glad to pay a bit extra and go for the deluxe double size as the extra space is worth it in Japan! Good for having place to rest your head after hours of walking.

Some small things but it didn’t affect our stay: - The reviews are true - weird damp smell in the room but it didn’t affect our stay. - More space to hang clothes would be better. - Laundry machines worked ok but not the best. - Breakfast was bad, suggest eating out locally

This place is wonderful. The staff couldn’t be better and they make an effort to keep the rooms clean and make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. The location is hard to beat.

I don’t have any major complains. The room is small but that’s standard for Tokyo.

Room was really clean & all in order! And everything else was fantastic - the facilities (laundry), the staff (so friendly and helpful - when I lost my keycard they immediately fixed me a new one with no charges or fuss), room was clean & bed was comfy! Location was pretty decent too & I love the industrial vibe of the hotel design!

The only gripe I had for a 4-day stay was that the chair was a little too low for the table.

Die Lage mitten in Shinjuku ist einfach unbezahlbar gut. Das Hotel ist stylisch und das Personal freundlich. Shampoo , Haartrockner, alles vorhanden.

Nothing impressed me

The room is extremely small, cramped to the point of being uncomfortable, and lacks space for luggage size 24”. The bathroom is also small, making it somewhat inconvenient to use. Importantly, the checkout time is 10 AM, earlier than many other hotels that typically allow checkout at 11 AM. If you want to stay longer, you'll have to pay an additional hourly fee.

Hotel nowoczesny, blisko metra i centrum. Piękne pokoje choć bardzo małe. Ale bardzo nam się podobało, ze sprzątanie umówione jest na konkretny dzień i godzinę. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa.

Toaleta była bardzo głośna.

Es bonito, cómodo, limpio y tranquilo. El personal es muy amable. Y el café es bueno. Si te da yuyu pega pared con pared con un cementerio.

El desayuno es monótono. No envían maletas.

O hotel está relativamente bem localizado, numa zona super calma e a cerca de 10min a pé da estação de metro, apesar de não ter ficado muito fã da zona... Mas existem várias opções de restaurantes, supermercados e locais de interesse muito perto. O hotel tem um bom pequeno-almoço, apesar de estar habituada a mais quantidade e variedade, mas estava até bastante bom. Gostámos muito do look clean e minimalista do hotel. O restaurante e terraço do hotel são um grande ponto positivo, muito agradáveis.

O tamanho do quarto foi o ponto menos positivo... Foi o quarto de hotel mais pequeno onde ficámos hospedados no Japão. Não conseguíamos abrir as nossas malas de porão sem ser em cima da cama, e tinha que ser uma de cada vez (e nós só tínhamos duas malas de porão no total, imagino se tivéssemos mais...).

The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Loved the compact but modern little room. Great location close to trains or an interesting and lovely walk to Shinjuku.

I was truly exhausted after traveling with hardly any sleep for two days. I went to check in 30 min before 3pm and was told I had to wait till 3 pm and could have a seat in their cafe. 14:50 I went back to the lobby so I could complete their registration and was told I had to wait for the remaking 8 min. So I sat down and waited for her to come over at 15:00 to say I could check in… what is the point if the room was ready and your guest is exhausted ?

Everything :-) The Hotel was immaculate, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was designed perfectly. I loved the outdoor areas, especially in the evening. And the location was perfect - very close to Shinjuku station but also a few mins walk (if that) to Shin-Ōkubo Station.

Room ventilation was poor. Location was a tad difficult to find. Drunk or loud individuals outside up to around midnight.

Cosy hotel in the K-Town neighborhood of Tokyo. Short walk to public transport and great restaurants nearby. It also has a decent coffee shop on the premises. Staff were fantastic throughout our stay. Room was clean and relatively quiet (we were on the 3rd floor). Overall food for a few nights and a convenient place to be based to explore Tokyo (Yamanote line gets you to most of the key sight seeing spots)

The rooms are tiny no place to put our luggage other than under the bed and not enough hanging space to unpack. Our room was really damp so we had to use the AC to dry it out. In fairness it was ultra humid during our stay.

The staff were the best. So friendly and helpful! Great location close to Shinjuku, restaurants, and JR train. Nice cafe and bar where we had coffee every morning.

Think it is expensive for its location and the size of the rooms. The room was very small with a bathroom and shower literally in the middle of the room.

Front desk staff, cafe (and its staff as well), laundry facilities, location, proximity to trainlines, comfort of firm bed, value — all incredible. Such a great, convenient area to stay in. Close enough to the neighborhoods you want to visit but its own character and charm in Koreatown - tons of great food, coffee and bars nearby. Tip: you MUST try the nearby Mannenyu, a local, affordable onsen. Such a great local experience and great price.

Housekeeping not super detailed

Modern, comfortable and clean rooms. Everything we needed for a one week stay in Tokyo. Location is great - near Shin-Okubo station and lots of eateries.

Room could be bigger, but it's Tokyo! Can't complain.

Very nice hotel close to Shinjuku. Very clean and comfortable, the staff is also very helpful and nice. We stayed 4 nights and we enjoyed it very much.
