A really nice apartment in a very good location. Comfy bed, good facilities. Free parking.

Having to pay using online banking. It was not clear when booking that an RM200 deposit would be required. Getting the key was confusing and stressful as no one came to meet me. The labelling of the car parking spaces needs to be clearer, especially as they threaten to clamp anyone parked in the wrong space!

It's comfy and definitely we will be back again.

Some of the socket were not properly fixed on the wall, and there were light bulbs functioning

Everything is excellent but grill no locked , only access door have lock.

I like that the building is located in a convenient place and easy to get around nearby areas. The unit itself is spacious enough for two people and the basic needs are there.

However this is more like a full time rent out place rather than a hotel. The property was not the unit that was displayed in pictures, not thoroughly cleaned as there was stain on the floor, no labels or instruction given on where the items were I need to open each drawer / door to search for things, and no instructions for accessing the facilities and available floors such as lobby and gym room etc.

the consideration to collect key actually max time at 10pm. but they arrange until I reached KL. Tq so much! cause I came from JB. for that I really happy and the guy also good and easy to talk.

As a guest if the certain information given, incase I ask. just answer. don't aspect people can know everything from what you give. sometimes, we just want confirmation to avoid mistake. I really sorry to say. I'm disappointed with the girl that I contact in WhatsApp. She like don't want to answer my question. The others ok. Please, just reply to customer. maybe they need confirmation to you.

Very good. First of all, there is a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient to buy things. Second, the room is not large, but the facilities are complete, which is very suitable for couples to live. Third, there is Netflix. Shortcomings. If you have to pick shortcomings, it may be the method of payment. If you are suspicious, you may be very nervous, but I think it's OK after living.

Everything is good. There is a beautiful view. Very comfortable and safe place. Good WiFi speed. Most importantly there is Netflix. I will definitely stay here again and I will suggest it to all the person I know

But there are a few drawbacks. The parking lot was a bit quiet and the cushions on the bed smelled a little.
