The view of the apartment was great. We got pretty lucky with the weather. Parking for car was easy but might get pretty full during the season. But there was more downsides that I've expected.

1. There is no light outside of the door, we started by passing the quest of finding the key box in full darkness. 2. There is no official check-in/check-out procedure, so you can't ask any question in person. no one giving you a tour how to use facilities, or check the state of things even though by the rules they can charge you 100Euro for damages. 3. WiFi had poor signal, another quest to find the password, keep in mind there is not enough speed for video calls, that's not an option if you want to work remotely. 4. There is right next to the apartment building huge renovation so noise level of jackhammer all day long... (April 2023) 5. During your checkout you will be asked to walk 1,5 kilometers to through away garbage. 6. Bad shits weren't ironed and if you more than 1.65cm bad is short, so my husband complained. 7. There is kettle but no socket to plug it around cooking area, there is no additional socket to charge your, phone next to bed, there is no ventilation on the kitchen. 7. Checkout time can change without your knowing and you will be blamed that there are other people that check-in back to back, but no one come to clean the apartment after us, or check apartment in our presence. So mood of checkout were ruined a bit of filling guilty. PS: keep in mind there is no washing machine and floor even though it looks on pictures as wood fully stone tiles so don't forget your slippers otherwise you have to walk around in shoes.

This is a nice apartment with a stunning view. The location is brilliant for walking, seeing lake Como and surrounding Villas and towns. 10 min walk to ferry stop at Lenno so very convenient and 5 mins or so into nearest town for small supermarket, bakery and café. We enjoyed our stay here and overall would recommend.

I agree with previous reviewers that there are some small things that could easily be fixed to make this better: shower door, toilet seat, a bit more crockery and cutlery (maybe a bread knife!) would be nice. The floor was not clean when we arrived so we washed it but I think this was just a one off as otherwise the place was perfectly clean. It is small and really not suitable for 4. (ok for 3 of us, two even better space wise). Expensive for the space but I guess paying for the incredible view.

Nice location, ideal for a short stop on our way home from Italy. Easy communication with host Irina by WhatsApp. Free parking in front of accommodation. A 10 minute walk to the bakery and 15-20m to Lago di Como.

Small things, not that big but altogether less pleasant. I.e no socket in the kitchen (or nearby) where to put in the coffee machine, or kettle for tea. Our bed was fine, but our kids slept on the sofa bed and it was not a good quality. The refrigerator door was broken en therefore not easy to open/close, and the shower unit is a bit too small for an adult. Again, small things but when fixed I’d probably have given it a 5 star rating.

Location was perfect, and the view was incredible.

There was no air conditioning and although the ad didn’t say AC was included it also didn’t say it didn’t have it. It was very uncomfortable, we barely stayed in the room. We went in just to sleep, which was a shame because the view was incredible.
