The property and stay was fantastic. Very comfy beds, wish I had those mattresses. Really nice view and perfect location. not too far from the centre by walk

The only issue was getting the keys, the phone number provided was unresponsive on both messages and calls. We were lucky enough that we had to wait "just an hour" outside the property until another tourist came out and gave us the right contact number. After this it only took a minute to get the key from the lock box. Also, the shower leak water on the floor, need better insulation

Die Lage und der Preis sind in Ordnung. Aber das ist den Zustand der Wohnung nicht wert.

Am Schlimmsten war der Schimmel an der Decke des Bades. Auf Grund dessen musste die Reise sogar abgebrochen werden. Aber auch die restliche Wohnung war sehr ungepflegt. Der gesamte Boden war sehr klebrig wie nach einem Partyabend. Viele Einrichtungsgegenstände waren bereits deutlich heruntergekommen. Und in einem Zimmer ging einfach komplett kein Strom, obwohl die Sicherung an war. Daher auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen.

Management was absolutely hopeless. He never received any phone calls, not only that 1st day night, suddenly electricity was out of order & after several calls to the owner was not responsed & 2nd day evening he called.

The oner is ill-mannered and rude. He rejects all phone calls and takes a long time to respond to WhatsApp messages.

This unit was absolutely disgusting , from mould infested bathroom, unclean kitchen and insects / mice running around I would never ever recommend this place . The hosts barely respond leading up to the stay and hang up the phone on the line the give you . It is so overpriced for what it is . It is disgusting and shouldn’t be on booking.com

The hosts responses were minimal. They didn't answer to any question or requset The flat was only ready 2 hours after the check in time There is a bad smell in the bath room. We asked the hosts to fix it but we got no response The toaster is not working Not enough light it the bed room

Sperm or nose secret on a pillow cover Pillow like small folded blanket Rats in a ventilation making a race track moving around When I ask about a parking the host didn't answer till cancelation time expired when time out then got message but no answer on a subject... Terrible experience

We had a basement room that smelled of mold and both of us had a bit of breathing difficulties after staying. There were no amenities (coffee/tea). There were bathroom supplies but the bathroom itself wasn’t clean. The refrigerator made some awful noises during the night which kept us up. The curtains didn’t stop any light from coming in.

The property was cheap in comparison to other places of Switzerland. They were kind enough to keep our luggage after check out for free.

The room was like a store room. The room has a smell and the floor looks like dirty. It’s difficult to find anyone while check in. Had to wait for 15 minutes outside then a lady showed up.

Location

Curtains are bad, towels have been bleached so white spots are all over. The bathroom ceiling is full of mildew from the steam. Also, pillows are almost flat. If these were corrected, I wouldn’t mind staying on this place again.

This place is absolutely horrible! The rats are the worst but the state of the building and back yard explains why there are rats coming into the rooms. No staff, not a single hello, the whole week no one checking up or interested. No toilet paper ... basic, but no one cares. This place is a mess and should be either inspected by authorities or closed down with immediate effect.

Property was close to Interlaken west train station .

We booked this property based upon Booking.com reviews .They must have been for some other room in the property not Room 10 we ended up with!! The bed was broken as stated in a previous post on Booking.com and had been badly repaired with a piece of chipboard which bowed in the middle when two people were in the bed leading us to roll towards the middle rather than a flat surface to sleep on . The mattress is a foam one reminiscent of your childhood and not good memories !!! So uncomfortable the floor was much softer .This could be made so much better with a simple inner sprung mattress . Broken power points in the bathroom are a safety concern .Suggest replacing the PowerPoint ! The toaster didn't work due to the cord having been melted by some previous guest .Again a safety concern.Suggest spending $20 on a new one !! Was kept awake most of the night by animals in the roof gnawing at the wooden rafters .Suggest some rat baits in the ceiling to fix that . The curtains were useless and thin with light continuously steaming in . Suggest buying some cheap blackout curtains !! See attached photos !! Communication with owners is poor I'm guessing poor English skills or can't use Google Translate and they didn't respond to our requests for early check in .They knew enough English to reply OK to our early checkout request !! Overall a low cost budget stay .you get what you pay for ! And that is what keeps these rooms rented I'm guessing ,is the price as the quality isn't there !! But having said this I saw the rooms being advertised for more than twice what we paid recently!! Hopefully the owners read this and make this a fantastic property with some simple fixes !!!

The place is close to Interlaken West Station which is very convenient. There is everything inside the room with an attached bathroom, microwave, kettle, hair dryer, fridge, oven, electric stove, cooking bowl, cutlery.

The host is very slow in reply, please contact earlier to allow the host reply later. The wash basin is small and the sink is stuck which water couldn't discharge smoothly. The toilet only left half a roll of toilet paper, contacted the host to request the toilet paper but there was no reply. The queen size bed was slightly down at the middle part which is not very comfortable.
