the apartment was spacious for the 5 of us

the pillows were stained. The pool on the balcony cold.The freezer didn’t close which then froze all our food above in the fridge. one kitchen cupboard was faulty and damaged,It fell off on my daughters foot. The main pool area was dirty and in kept. Also the Treck up and down the hill should be noted for guests. We actually only stayed there 3 nights,We moved to a nicer accomodation closer to the main shops in Patong.

The bed was not comfy The location was not accessible / convenient The jacuzzi has no hot water supply The bathtub couldn’t fill to the brim for the bubble to work

The plunge pool was dirty, the toilet shower was spoilt, nobody came to clean expect the first day subsequently we have to throw our own rubbish. No towels were changed for 5 day, no shower foams were topped up

Instead of sending us an email, message or phoning us, the sneaked papers headed WARNING under the door when we hanged our towels to dry on the balcony parapet (they only provided one towel hanger for a 6 people apartment.
