No cuenta con estacionamiento, pedí habitación para 2 adultos y 2 menores (9 y 12 años) que especifique en el momento de hacer la reserva y me dan una cama matrimonial y una individual lo cual 3 personas dormimos en una matrimonial , súper incomoda la noche cuando el fin de quedarnos hospedados es descansar

I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite the relatively affordable price, the lack of essential amenities and maintenance issues left me deeply disappointed. First and foremost, upon arriving in the room, I was shocked to find only two towels for the shower, with no hand towels or floor mat. This oversight resulted in the room flooding after my shower, which was not only inconvenient but also created a mess. Furthermore, the toilet had a defective flush, which required me to fix it myself, exposing me to unsanitary wastewater. What made matters worse is the absence of any on-site staff or assistance, leaving guests to deal with such issues on their own. While the price may be appealing, I would gladly pay more for a more comfortable and hassle-free stay. In summary, my experience at this property was marred by a lack of basic amenities and a lack of maintenance, and I would recommend considering other options for your stay.

Very clean, welcoming and cozy. The room made us feel like home. There’s was a great attention to details and very nice taste in the furnitures too. The host was extremely nice as he was available with guidance and recommendations on activities. Highly recommended!

We loved the studio. It was so cute and everything we needed. We had come on an overnight bus and we’re allowed it check in early which was amazing. Everything is communicated in a private WhatsApp which is very handy. Location was perfect right beside a couple beautiful places for breakfast like frontera and only a few minutes into centre. Immaculately clean.

Could use new pillows/ couple extra pillows but only a small detail.

Fantastic position in beautiful building, easy walk to restaurants, markets the main cathedral etc. The staff were really helpful and set up WhatsApp contact which worked really well. Unit was cleaned daily. We were also able to store luggage (at a small cost) until late departure of our bus from San Cristobal.

The kitchen could have been a little better equipped for self catering.There were no bowls & the frying pan was tiny and in need of replacement. The bed was not terribly comfortable.

The Suites were comfortable, convenient and secure. Easy walking to the Centro, the restaurants, markets etc. It’s a big open space and the furniture is laid out into rooms but there are no dividing walls except into the toilet. Works well. Nice view out over the city and to the hills from our audited. Good bed and couches. The kitchen has a gas hob, a micro and a small oven/toaster and fridge so pretty well set up if you want to cook. The only disappointing thing is that it has these facilities but does not provide the utensils for cooking. Very basic plates, cutlery, pots and nothing else. A few more basics would make it a 10. No kettle but we have found that’s fairly standard in Mexico. Communication is by WhatsApp and our contact was very attentive and gave us lots of information. At times a little baffling and I was unsure what was included in the price and what wasn’t. Outer and inner door key pad lock so very secure.

Perfect. Modern apartment. View is amazing. Really comfy bed, great Wi-Fi, TV with netflix. Staff is helful and nice. Main street is near with a lot of bars and restaurants. Recomend for 100%, you will love it. Wanted to stay here forever :)

a lot of stairs, shower in the room on ground floor. Everyone could see you under the shower.
