Hotel położony w dzielnicy Karol Bagh niedaleko stacji metra. Dobra lokalizacja skąd jest relatywnie blisko do atrakcji. W nocy cicho. Sam hotel przy bocznej uliczce, pokój duży, w miarę czysty i przestronny, choć troszkę podniszczony (np. cieknący prysznic). Wygodny materac.

Niestety nie było ogrzewania ani działającej klimy, która była w ofercie, więc marzliśmy w nocy. Śniadanie proste, indyjskie, ale jego godziny ruchome bez uprzedzenia (formalnie 7:00-9:30 jak na zdjęciu, nam powiedzieli, że 7:30, a jak byliśmy o 7:30 to nic nie było i sugerowali, że jest od 8:00 - gdy to zgłosiliśmy jednak ogarnęli się i usmażyli nam omlety). Trochę nieapetycznie było jak obsługa dodytkała jedzenie rękoma. Personel mało uczynny i o wszystko trzeba prosić (nawet o papier toaletowy). Podczas 4-dniowego pobytu była tylko jedna propozycja sprzątnięcia pokoju i wymiany ręczników, zaś woda w pokoju nie była uzupełniana (w recepcji dodatkowo płatna).

Scammed by staff - on arrival asked the hotel staff for assistance to get a SIM card to avoid being scammed. Only to have hotel staff join in on the scam! They took us to a SIM card dealer where we paid 1700 rupees for a 250 rupee plan. We were told by the hotel staff this was a good deal! They told us the plan was for 28 days with unlimited data, turns out it was 7 days with 1.5gig per day only! This left us stuck without internet unexpectedly. Also … Whole room smelt like mould Dirty room Poo stained toilet bowel with no cleaning brush Freezing cold, had to ask for a heater which barely kept us warm at night Staff members would only address my male partner Breakfast tasted bland/gross compared to all other food in india we have had so far

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Uns wurden sogar die busticktes ausgedruckt. Auch wurde eine Sim Karte arrangiert. Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Metro ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und fährt alle zwei Minuten. Es wurden zum Frühstück omlettes gereicht. Es gab zu Begrüßung zwei kleine Flaschen an der Rezeption und es standen noch Mal zwei 0,5l Flaschen Wasser im Zimmer.

Das Bad war leider nicht wirklich sauber. Auch das Zimmer/ Boden hätte sauberer sein können. Der Druck lässt zu wünschen übrig. Auch gab es kein Klopapier auf dem Zimmer.

It requires some renovations. Breakfast was not good.
