Muy caro, las habitaciones muy pequeñas, muy oscuras. El estacionamiento muy complicado y con espacios muy pequeños.

No funcionaba aire acondicionado, lavatorio tapado, jabones de mala calidad, restaurante pobre

This hôtel is beautiful and located on a gorgeous neighborhood close to zócalo. The rooftop is as well very nice with pool and great view. The employees were great all the time

The rooms don’t have window, coffee machine or 2 sits to chill in… a little “cheap” for the price asked

Clean, staff very kind

Need more staff who can speak English. When calling front desk- if they did not speak English they hung up on.

Staff was really nice and friendly, all areas of the Hotel was very clean and Service desk was quick to provide us with taxi service when we needed one.

Unfortunately the only issue was the Mattress was very hard, it would be nice to have a little more comfortable mattress to lay on after walking around the city to have a more comfortable sleep and rest. That was our only issue with this property!

The architecture is very nice. Also, we asked for a quiet room, and we received just that: a quiet room. Just early in the morning, other guests were making noise (earlier than 8am), and at half past 9:00, someone was knocking at our door to ask for the "status of the room" -- whatever this means, and whyever this is needed!

We did not like that our door was knocked at 9 am--we were awake already, but what is the need to bother the guest, if checkout is at noon? And again, we were coming back to the room at 11, and the housekeeper knocked our door some minutes later to ask if we were about to leave. My question is: why? Checkout is at noon! When we came out, there she was, just waiting outside the door. We felt watched by the housekeeper. Not comfortable. Otherwise, everything would have been 10
