Place looked run down & neglected. Breakfast well below average. Staff ok but not helpful.

Breakfast is good enough. Location is the best for you who need stay in the center of Surabaya. Room is clean but I think they need to upgrade the sheets.

Staff service is excellent
shower head cant firmly installed and lighting in shower room dan bed room not bright and seems gloomy. Plants at parking area has been left without maintenance and parking area is dirty..

Fantastic shower! Lady at reception is a star.
The hotel looks tired, maintenance not good, restaurant staff poor. 2 breakfasts, no eggs, no coffee, silly little bowls to eat out of. Certainly not 4 star.

Got upgraded into a bigger suite than the one we booked. the room was nice, breakfast was nice, check in and check out smooth. overall a nice experience
the room was a bit stuffy and humid, kinda dusty and smelled a bit moldy. the bedsheet seems like it hasnt been changed. the TV got no signal.
