Great location-just a minute walk to the main Pattaya Park night market and not too far of a walk down to the closest beach (YinYom Beach). Pool area is nice. Full kitchen and fridge allows for cooking and ensures that you can prepare meals at home. Large space with multiple bathrooms for families.

Requires a remote to get into the main entrance...but only one available to each party so if it's split up you'll need to coordinate who gets the remote for the main gate and ensure that others can contact the person to open up the gate after hours.

A home from home, stayed many times and the accomodation is of a very high standard. Ning , Jill and the girls servicing the villa cannot do enough to help with any issue you may have Would highly recommend

Large villa with indoor pool. We got free upgrade from apartment to villa. Thanks for that!

1. The second bedroom AC unit is very weak and not enough in July. 2. Fan in the second bedroom is making noise like marbles rolling on an empty vessel. 3. Water was not draining properly in the second bedroom attached to the bathroom.

I didn’t stay there because the villa that I booked the residence said the booking was delayed so they didn’t receive my reservation and they offered appointment room but we don’t want. because we want to stay villas then we change the place for this trip

Apartment is large and spacious and well furnished in a quiet peaceful neighbourhood. About a 10 min walk to the nearest beach. Was OK except that we had a one year old grandchild and it was a bit of hassle if we needed to quickly return to the hotel. Enjoyed our daily early morning walks and coffee along Jomtien beach. Hotel has a lovely small swimming pool and well-kept gardens. Location is close to a wonderful small market (fresh fruits/vegetables etc), a Night Market, number of 711 stores and restaurants. Also, within short distances from Central Pattaya and many of the City's attractions. Used BOLT (ride sharing app) extensively. Neang, the operations manager, was outstanding; she was courteous, friendly and quickly and effectively took care of items brought to her attention.

Our room while specious and well-equipped was on the top (4th) floor. Climbing up some 50 plus stairs few times a day for the month we were there, was a bit of a chore as both my wife and I are in our late 60s/early 70's. During the first couple of days there was significant jackhammering/construction noise from a unit below and noise went on well into the late afternoon even though we were advised it would stop at 3:00 PM. Seriously impacted the AM/PM naps needed by our 1-year old granddaughter. One evening, a group of guests decided to have drinking party by the pool late into the evening and it quickly became very loud and annoying. However, they stopped when approached by management.
