We were there for the 2nd time. The first time in apartment 306. Absolutely great. This time in apartment 109. Right by the pool. From the terrace you could go directly to the pool. The absolute to-go for families with children. The apartment deserves 10 stars for the great facilities. The whole facility is just great. Not overcrowded. 10 times nicer than a normal hotel room And the landlady, Ms. Wan, anticipates every imaginable wish. Thank you Ms. Wan. We will come back to you 100%

Great reception. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Everything is clear. We felt at home. The best landlord we've seen. The warmest welcome. Spacious apartments, a very comfortable swimming pool in which it is pleasant to swim all day. All the equipment necessary for life. The area of the apartment is very clean, the sea, shops, cafes. Everything is very close. God grant we'll come back again.

We liked everything in apartment 306. The apartment was a dream. Absolutely nothing was missing. Great fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine. Great beds. Everything at its finest. Very clean. From the balcony, we could see the pool and part of the beach. The wifi was very good. Nice pool. 2 minutes to the beach. Many restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity. A very quiet complex with nice guests. In addition, the landlady Ms. Wan was really very friendly and helpful. This apartment is highly recommended for a family vacation. Better than any conventional hotel. We will definitely come back

Super clean. Everything was fresh and new and top quality. Every need was anticipated....even elec plug adapters!! Very quiet. Especially appreciated the black out draperies!!

Because of layout, you could not sit on the balcony while the air conditioner was on in the condo....hot and noisy. No privacy from other condos on the balcony....straight line view into several other balconies.

I has been to Thailand many times with my wife and 2 children. Puket, Hua Hin and as favourite place Pattaya. Pattaya is cheaper and offers the most. We had only ever booked a normal hotel room. This time, the very first time an apartment. This was Apartment 506 with about 100 sqm. Sleep and living room. 2 bathrooms. And a beautiful large quiet balcony to the garden side. Much more comfortable and bigger than any hotel room I had booked on holiday so far. In the apartment we just had everything. Fully furnished kitchenette with everything you can imagine. Super comfortable beds. Not as hard as you'll find them in most hotels in Thailand. Large extra bed and large sofa bed in the living room. In each room 1 large flat screen TV. The apartment was absolutely top and at its finest. Very clean and quiet as it lay to the garden side. During the day, the sun didn't bang on it, as if to the pool side. We had great internet. In the apartment and also by the pool. The complex is not overcrowded, as very few apartments are rented there. The vast majority seem to be permanent tenants and owners. The guests there are upscale according to my feeling. No tourists. The pool was also very clean. We were able to use the loungers for free. The beach is a good 100 – 200 m away. Also cleaner than in Pattaya middle. The road is not dark. Lots of shops, restaurant right on your doorstep. The largest shopping centre is just 500 m away. Otherwise, you can quickly go to the city centre with the Baht taxi for10 baht only. Landlady Miss Wan take care as 100 %. With her we also gave off the laundry, ordered drink cooking water, rented a motorbike and she also organised a cheap transfer to the airport. We can only recommend this place to anyone. We'll definitely be back. Can be, you will have to pay a little bit more than a hotel room, but the apartment is 3-5 time bigger !

Everything in this resort is perfect. It's a large apartment with a kitchen and a balcony. Our apartment was around 100 sqm. big, with one bedroom and two bath rooms. The Wi-Fi was great, I had a good connection. Nice clean pool. Good restaurant and pool bar. Prices were cheap. Because there are only 30 apartments for rent, there are not so many guests and it's quiet. The guests are nice, there were no problems with other guests. My family and I felt like home. There are many shops in the streets near the apartment. In the street many shops. 3 mini market, 10 restaurants, money changer, 6 massage saloons. pharmacy, etc. The Wongamat beach was a 3 minute walk away. It was very clean and better than the other beaches in Pattaya. The shuttle service from the airport was great, too. Service from the staff 10 + points. Very helpful. Thank you, Mrs. Wan. I will come back.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. My stay was wonderful. Overall, it was a great experience and I can't wish for more. We had everything we needed. It's hard to find something that was not good. We can only recommend to book here!
