would have like hotel information in the room rather than the app. more bar snacks would have also been great.

We had no soap and also no body wash supplied.

Website wasn't very clear about parking facilities. Ended up pay more at another location because I wasn't aware of the special rate for carpark next to hotel.

Lovely facility, love the app's key feature, made the trip a lot nicer knowing I didn't have to worry about where the room key was.

The elevator was incredibly slow. One was down for maintenance but still had to wait around 5 to 7 minutes for any of the other lifts to arrive both on our floor and on ground floor.

Our room was great the bed was very comfortable and location was perfect.

Breakfast was really expensive for what it was. The pancakes were nice but every thing else was average.

Toilet awkward to get in and sit down. toilet should be facing in - not close up against the wall- very awkward for tall people. Reminded me of an airplane toilet. Requested view over the water - if head pressed against glass window could just see a small patch of water, but had been told it would be a room with a view looking out over the water.

Room was clean, modern, tidy

The parking situation was awful. Our car was smashed in and attempted to be stolen. The car park barriers are cut in half and up through the night. Not secure at all

I liked how lovely and clean the room was. The staff were amazing and the bed was insanely comfortable. The view from the 10th floor was also really good.

The little fridge was super loud (but not really an issue)

Convenient location in the middle of Auckland and close to everything. Good (if expensive) parking.

This was our first time staying in a Rydges hotel and it will be the last. We arrived after check-in time and still had to wait over half an hour while they prepared the room. Everything was generally disorganised and chaotic, and I found the staff's attitude haughty and disdainful.

Room was very good, very comfortable and clean.

There was a wedding reception on the same floor as our room and they were very noisy through until midnight which was annoying. Annoying that the reception do not respond to any direct messages to the property over the weekend (unrelated to the noise).

Central location. The beds were comfortable and the wifi was high speed.

Lack of housekeeping service over Christmas/New Year. The fridge was unplugged and there was a puddle in the bottom shelf. The bathroom was tiny - not enough bench space. Quite pricey for what we received.
