the hosts at this hotel were absolutely amazing , friendly and helpful. being that we were a large family we were accommodated by host with rooms that had a wonderful big porch adjoining. the rooms/apts are beautiful modern and new with great amenities. the lobby is tasteful and comfy. they offer cleaning and linen change twice a week there is a restaurant on premises , (which we didnt use for dietary restrictions) , but, it was always full and customers looked so satisfied. there is a big roomy , modern , pretty sp which is available upon request everything with a smile , and the host was available even off hours via , text , phone or email.

although obertauern is very high in altitude ,the view from all the rooms is good but not as expected from such a high property, but yu still do have some sort of view.

Good location for skiing, convenient parking, friendly hosts, clean apartment, modern furnishings freshly decorated, decent options for dinner inhouse, good wifi.

Limited wardrobe closets in the appartment, but nothing serious.

Very friendly staff at the reception, good feeling on arrival. The room was super clean and nice. Kitchen excellently equipped.

The biggest issue was the restaurant was closed on Tuesday (Ruhetag) without any warning, at least I was not aware of any heads up. We were planning a dinner on that day and there was no other place in a walking distance, available. That was quite bad. Also, for the Plan B, the nearest and only grocery store is almost 2 kms away, so if you don`t feel like driving, it`s a long walk there, and back.

Really nice apartement! The facility has been just renovated. Very friendly staff. Perfect location close to lift/gondola, right across the street. A bit far away from the citycenter and uphill, but there is a restaurant on site with very tasty Italian dishes! There is also a ski room and sauna for everyone. We would definitely come back!

There is a coffee machine, but the filters were not available, not only in the apartment but they didn't have them at all so you couldn't really use it.

The hotel is located near lifts and near ski rent. We've got the discount at ski rent with the hotel voucher which was nice. Then you may leave your ski equipment downstairs. The hosts are nice and helpful. We arrived late in the morning and were allowed to leave our luggage and were given the place to change clothes. There is breakfast option at the hotel. We preferred to go the supermarket and to have breakfast in the room. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is also fresh bread every morning which you should order in the evening. Highly recommended!
