Excellent room, and staff

We did have the nice welcome drink. Recieved free room upgrade. Big plus was that the apartment had shower and wc in separate rooms. Nice and big shower and bath. Very cozy beds.

The view from the apartment wasn't nice. We didnt have the balcony.

Very professional and friendly, helpful staff, fantastic room, very clean, excellent breakfast.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, modern communal spaces and good American diner downstairs. Room was comfortable and clean.

Room is a little dated with some slightly random decor choices. The fridge is very old and a very oddly placed mirror.

Very friendly employees, really clean and cozy with a delicious breakfast. A very dog-friendly hotel. And really nice saunas and modern spa center Thank you for a pleasant stay

The room with the stairs and the double bed against the wall is not the best feature of the room we got. We did not expect this and did not notice it in the pictures before. Everything else is really great.

the hotel was in a good location as a base point for hiking. Very good breakfast. Room was clean, quite big and had a balcony. overall good experience and recommandable place, even though I am not sure the 4* are accurate

unfortunately Obertauern is a little ‘dead’ during summer, so for example not much choice regarding restaurants, but it’s not the hotel’s fault as such. furniture in the room was little out-dated, especially the fridge which almost did not work. regarding room service, only one thing to point out (same issue as in many hotels recently) - there is a note in the bathroom saying that if you want to reuse the towels, leave them hanging and only if you want them replaced, put them on the floor. nevertheless, the towels were replaced daily.

We arrived at a late time and the kitchen wanted to prepare something for us for when we arrived. We just had to give our order. Also we were welcomed by the host who was very friendly and he also stayed to welcome us in person. the rooms were very clean and had nice smelling shower gel which is a nice extra. 😊 Also at the breakfast everybody was super friendly. There was a big variety of sweet and savoury foods, fresh juices, tasty bread, … I highly recommend this hotel and want to thank everybody there for the nice experience.
