The location is perfect. There are 3 mini market 2 inside the bulding and one across the street. Many restaurent around you by walk. You can be in pavalion and klcc in 10 minutes walk. More importantly, Kenny is the best, ge reply very fast, very cooperative. I feel home with Kenny. 🌹 I feel thia is very good place for longterm stay with family.

The unit is nice and the staff is very helpful. They help us with drying our laundry since the machine is unable to totally dry them.

There are some parts of the unit that is not very easy to use, like the bathroom door and the hold on the shower. The second toilet that is shared by the 2 other rooms are also not convenient as there are 2 doors that can be accessed on both rooms

Room was clean and tidy. Host very friendly and professional helping me with my wheelchair mum.. will definitely recommend this place. Love the view of the city..

it was fascinating and worth the price. its a walking distance to KLCC and pavilion. i would recommend to anyone who wants to come to KL. its worth it.

Location is quite close to klcc, around 10 mins walk.

1. owner initially gave us the wrong apartment: 2 rooms with 1 bathroom sharing. i made a booking for 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom. Made a complain to the owner and In the process, Kenny (owner)was somehow blaming me for not telling him earlier that it was the wrong apartment. In my defense, i did not realise that there was only 1 bathroom in the apartment, only after he left the unit and we checked the whole unit, that we realised we were given the wrong apartment. We moved to the 3 bedroom with 2 bathroom apartment with kenny’s help, but the room was not the same as shown in the photos i.e. there was no dining table only coffee table and only bar type stools are available. This was not convenient for my parents and kids.. but we were too tired to move to another apartment so we did not complain about the dining room to the owner. 2. There was an incident where the mirror at the kitchen cracks by itself. It happened around 20mins after my dad finished cooking, we heard the crack sound when we were eating breakfast at the coffee table. During check-out, i mentioned about the cracked mirror to Kenny via whatsapp, and he said that he already told me not to use the last 2 stoves closed to the mirror. At that time, only Kenny’s partner, Pauline was with us assisting us for check-out, and she mentioned that we need to cover the replacement cost for the mirror 50%, so I need to pay extra RM500 in addition to the RM300 deposit, total of RM800. The funny thing is kenny told me in whatsapp that the price is RM1200🤨. So i asked pauline, shouldn’t it be RM600? I tried to reason with Pauline since Pauline mentioned that this cracked mirror incident has happened in the past to another guest, and that we should have not cooked near to the mirror. However there was no warning sign at the induction cooking stove or the mirror saying that we should not cook near to the mirror, it could have helped remind guests to not cook near the mirror area.

Location, security, availability of mini mart in the building, close proximity to Petronas, KL Towers and other attractions such as Pavillion food streets, 7 Elevens, etc. Quick check in and check out. Kenny and Pauline were professional and helpful.

Property is actually 2 bedrooms with a small storage space turned into a 3rd room and also sharing a bathroom with one of the rooms. 2 bathrooms to be used by 7 people was a bit of a challenge.

Kenny was easily contactable and responded to our requests promptly. Location is also very secure as access is only through one gate. Our family had a great stay and will come back again if the price is right

Location is secure, but on the other hand, it may not be very visitor-friendly for guests to the apartment. But it is not a big issue as long as you request for a parking lot beforehand for your rental car

Very clean, very good friendly service, very good location walking distance to Pavilion, parking available (thankfully), our family really enjoyed our Chinese New Year gathering here! Thanks to Kenny and Pauline for their excellent service!

The location was really good. The apartments were clean. The beds were firm and comfortable. Kenny and Pauline were really accommodating in meeting our requests - ensuring that our 2 apartments were close to each other and provided extra mattresses. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there!

No hand towels were provided in the bathrooms. There was no toilet roll holder in the bathrooms.

Everything. Kenny was the best host ever - attended to all our need like almost instant, very prompt reply. The location is very strategic as reviewed by other reviewers. Wi-Fi was best too. TV entertainment also best - can catch late night movie at home. :)
