The hotel was very comfortable, a big and cozy room with comfortable bed. The place was very beautiful: close to the Marine and the historical centre. There were a lot of caffees near. The host was very hospitable. We enjoyed our vacation. We recommend this hotel, no doubt:)

Location and kindness of staff. The room was not ready despite our late check-in however, the staff was very kind, and they let us stay until 5pm to make it up.

The room needs minor maintenance, i.e., the balcony door handle and light bulb replacement.

Breakfast had no coffee included, only 3 options and we waited 45 min for our plate. This is a very noisy area, we slept with earplugs

Location is good. The breakfast, 10 minutes walk away from the hotel was fine.

The bathroom stank. The airvent was horribly noisy. The shower was dirty. We have never seen the staff. I wouldn't recommend this place.

location is great, right in an old town, we had a really nice room with a terrace. The hotel has a relaxing vibe, with simple but tasteful decor. My son really loved the cats coming to visit our terrace. we felt a. it sad leaving it.

The room was not cleaned while we stayed there ( we stayed for 2 nights) and also my son found a pile of hair on one of the window sills next to his bed and a dead corkage on a terrace. Apart from that the room was clean overall. The breakfast had only 3 options, traditional Turkish breakfast, which were lovely, but did not work for our son at all, he managed to find himself pancakes in the menu which we were charged for separately despite that they cost exactly the same as included options.

The suite was very spacious and the design of the apartment was very modern and aesthetic. The location was very convenient, in the heart of the old town and a minute away from the castle and museum.

1.One of the Air conditions in our suite was not working properly. They tried to fix it by cleaning the filters but it didn't work. This wasn't convenient taking into consideration that it's summer and extremely hot. We asked for another suite but they said that all are booked. 2. The breakfast was very very poor, probably one of the poorest that l had in Turkey. l do not drink Turkish tea and asked for a herbal one instead, however, they said that they need to charge extra which was quite unacceptable. 3. The place where they serve the breakfast is 15 min away from the hotel. Walking on the heat to the breakfast place wasn't very convenient.

Breakfast was fantastic …. staff were amazing … especially Ismail who was friendly and supportive …. my overall experience of staying at Marmaris was definitely exceeded due to Bono Hotel!!!

A nicely located hotel, very neat and close to all the activities in the city. The staff waited for my late check-in. Great breakfast in the hotel's restaurant just a 3-min walk away from the room. Spacious room, comfy beds, nicely designed. I had just one night here but I would definitely choose this hotel for my next stay and would recommend it to everyone. Most of all I liked the design of the fake fireplace in the room - that was the main reason for booking this hotel and it exceeded my expectations as it looked really funny, just like that :D

The floor in the bathroom has gotten a bit scratched - that could be fixed to avoid leg scratches.

We had an amazing room. I liked all the staff. They have an amazing team. Ismail and Emra were very nice and helpful. Really they treated us and welcomed us in a very nice way. If i visit Marmaris again I would definitely stay at this hotel again and i would recommend it.

Poor service. You feel your self staying in Coffe shop not hotel. Nobody clean your room, noisy rooms, poor breakfast and limited. I have chosen a specific room and when arrived it wasn’t available so we stay in a different room. It was bad experience and I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone at all.

The location was excellent. Also I was very happy with Ismael who looked after us very well. Ismael was very courteous and extremely helpful and I have very high regards for Ismael.

The WIFI service was not that great. Also the breakfast was very very basic with little choice. Also it would be nice to have a safe inside the room.

Bono hotel apartments are situated in the Old Town beside the Marina and restaurants which are plentiful along the harbour and less than 10 minutes walk of the boat cruises .

The property itself was lovely but because of the Central location it was noisy at night.

Wonderful location in the heart of the old town and the grand bazar, and very close to the marina where all the restaurants are. The rooms are well maintained, clean, and nicely decorated.

There was noise all night coming from the bars around and from people walking by... But the horrible thing was the sewers smell coming from the bathroom. It gave us a headache and a stomachache, and we literally couldn't sleep. This is a serious problem that the hotel has to solve. Their rooms aren't that cheap for their visitors to sleep in a sewage system.

Shower is very nice. Netflix and tv facilities are great.

Hotel administrator Ismail is just a man with a big and pure heart. Very friendly and responsive. I especially want to highlight the fact that our flight was late, so we were asked to leave things in hotels for storage. Thanks to Ismail, he immediately fulfilled our request, and also provided a room so that we could take a shower before leaving. I would like more such understanding people! The location is excellent (it is advisable to take a room whose windows do not overlook the bar street). The breakfast is normal, provided in a restaurant by the sea.

The place is really cute that is rare in Marmaris. Everything is new, clean and made with a good taste. It's important to mention that Wi-Fi is stable and fast - crucial fact for me and other nomads. Very big shower, iron, cattle, hairdryer, comfortable bed, high-quality linens and towels. The design is very positive. Nice balcony. The location is great, you're properly in the old town close to everything. Ismail is very welcome and always ready to help you. Thank you for a perfect stay 🙏

Everything was fine. It's just an idea for the next small improvements and growth: more hangers are needed (girs coming for making parties have many dresses)), regular cleaning instead of option "on demand"), one more trash can in the room - one small in the bathroom is not enough.

A wonderful hotel! In the heart of the old town, near the castle and picturesque old streets - stunning views! The hotel combines home comfort and service at a high level! The manager Ismail took care of us like a mother!He solved any of our problems and never refused to help! Breakfast is served in the restaurant on the Marina overlooking the yachts and the sea, in the heart of the old town.
