-El check in nada claro ya que me cambiaron de departamento el mismo dia de viaje, sin avisarme. Esto genero mucha confusion durante el check in con los guardias. -Escogi y pague para quedarme en el piso 11, y termine hospedandome en un departamento totalmente diferente sin previo aviso. No hubo transparencia de este asunto -La ducha del bano totalmente tapada. Sin embargo, fue destapada al dia siguiente.

We had some initial struggle with the electronic lock, but afterwards, Luis was very attentive to our needs with fast responses trough their Whats-app communication channel. The building has amazing amenities which you can totally use for free.

Very cozy and clean apartment. Very fast wi-fi (easy to catch CBP One appointment). Helpful host, well secured building with the pool, gym, kids room etc. Highly recommended!

The apartment is big and has a good location, clean with a nice view.

The water in the shower took a long time to warm up and the water came out of the shower space so we had to mop the bathroom every time we shower. there is no air conditioner so it was kind of hot in the apartment even with the mobile air conditioner they have in there.

Fabulous location. Spotless clean. Everything that you need is provided. Including a swimming pool and a fitness center. Comfortable beds. Huge TV. Luis makes you feel at home and take care of all your needs.

Location, security, apartment and facilities are great. We found everything we needed and it was very comfortable.

Being very honest the whole stay was really good but there were was a little detail: the entrance system. There are no apartment keys but instead there is an electronic lock. The lock didn't work although we had the correct code. The owner answered 5 Min later with some other codes and opened the door remotely. We still had to wait for the new code, we got a couple of them and they still didn't work. Then we had had to wait for the host to arrange the lock and he give us a new working code, not a big issue but after a long flight and at night, we were tired and we didn't want to spend one hour just waiting for the door lock to get fixed. The next day, the door took 10 min to lock, we had to close from inside a couple of times and get out again so it locks and it finally did. In general we were not very satisfied with the lock system.

Everything was really good. The place is in a centric area of Polanco and you have restaurants, supermarkets, bus stops close. Also you will enjoy a great view, you can go to floor 35 and will see all the city, better than Latinoamericana Tower. Host do everything to get you comfortable.
