The villa was amazing the pool and rooms were always kept clean and provided fresh towels everyday. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful.
The owners unannounced open access should send text before coming in.

Baan Heaven was exceptional for a big group of 15 family members and all parties had their own bedrooms with ensuites. Our host Ric and his wonderful team of staff where very accommodating and had some insightful advice to make our trip truly memorable.

After a very long trip and luggage that did not arrive, Ric and his son gave us a soft landing in Phuket, our first stop in Thailand. The house was absolutely beautiful and their hospitality unmatched. My nephews were very pleased with the beach ball they received as a gift from Ric. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Super friendly host, super good location for the beaches and nightlife. Perfect Pool and amazing rooms.

Near to Patong beach but you would need your own transport as the property is on top of the hill. Would be a little challenging to walk.
Host is great and made sure that everything is taken care of during the stay. Made arrangements through him also to get our bike rental sorted out and delivered straight to the villa.
Was nice to get a complimentary late check out as our flight was in the evening.
Got to beware of the mozzies. Make sure you keep the complimentary mosquito coils lighted.
Entrance to the villa is via a steep slope so got to be a little careful.
Amenities pretty basic but good enough for us. Excellent internet speed though. Would recommend bringing your own entertainment system.
