A Big garden With many places to sit and relax. A BBQ, bathtubs and a gas Fireplace are also in the garden. The House May Not be the biggest but its really cute and usefull designd. You also get bikes for FREE that really help to get around. 2 min to a small store, 10 min to a Big store, 20 min to a Hill With awesome view and 35 min to the beach. Or 25 min With Uber for Max. 20$. In the Garden are also cute rabbits sometimes and the cutest cat ever. If you See her, be Nice. She is friendly and you can pad her

Had a wonderful stay in Culver City and explored many areas of LA with our two young children. Cottage was cozy and perfect for a family of four with an infant. Great selection of beach amenities in the shed, and seamless check-in / out!

Very nice little bungalow. Worked great for a couple with a teen who used the pullout bed. Location was excellent, convenient to all LA has to offer. Walking distance to downtown Culver City

Great location, loved that there were bikes to use, and the cutest outdoor area with soaking tubs. Host was very responsive! We were a group of 3 and all of us would stay here again!

This cottage is absolutely adorable and welcoming. Exactly as described. Even met the host, Heidi. The cottage was very clean and quiet. The neighborhood was so quiet and we felt safe. We enjoyed the fire pit and all the little touches throughout the property. Will definitely stay again when in the area. Thank you!

We were in town to tour colleges with our high schooler and the location was very convenient to everything. We used the bikes, tubs, and fire pit, and parking was easy. We also took advantage of the neighborhood and toured Sony Studios and climbed to the Baldwin Hills overlook. Love everything about the location and the cottage was well-appointed and clean and communication with the owner was very easy. Definitely recommend.

The property was exactly as described and IMMACULATE! Cozy, tastefully decorated, with every attention to detail. We were less than a mile away from the Sony Picture Studios, where we watched a taping of Jeopardy. Heidi was quick in responding to questions, and provided excellent referrals to local eateries and conveniences. The cottage was on a very quiet street with easy access to freeways. We look forward to staying in the Carlson Park property the next time we're in West LA.

As expected, cottage was great for us. Close to a relative who lives in Culver City, close to downtown, in a great neighborhood, and lots of amenities. I messed up on our departure date and Heidi quickly arranged an extra night for us. It is cozy, which was fine for the two of us.

I travel to the LA area at least twice a year. It is always my goal to stay at this property. The unit is tastefully appointed. Comfortable- perfect for my needs. The communicated always prompt and stated clearly. Easy street parking. Outdoor space for relaxing. Close to downtown Culver City

I would definitely stay here again. The owner is very responsive and friendly. Cottage and outdoor areas were as pictured. Felt comfortable walking in the neighborhood and loved the market just two blocks away (great food & service).

This was a perfect place to stay, close to our daughter’s apt. We loved the tiny house look, the white bungalow style and the backyard features. We used the fire pit and had dinner outside in the evening. Super clean and fresh looking. Nice little kitchen and bath with good sized shower. We plan on coming back and staying here again.

We had no idea what to except from staying in Culver City but were glad to stay there. There were a ton of amazing restaurants all within walking distance as well as Trader Joes to make dinner in the cottage. Jackson Market just a couple blocks away was great for lunch (back sitting area was so fun). The bikes were awesome, comfortable and can make the distance to Toe's Beach (just over 6 miles each way along a beautiful bike path). We had a great stay and would love to tour around the area again!

To start the neighborhood is beautiful. The cottage is located on a dead end street with little traffic so letting the kids ride the bikes was safe and a plus. The bikes and the yard are very well maintained and there was even a large wagon to carry luggage from the car. Parking was convenient and safe.
Everything in the cottage has been remodeled and and we had everything we needed for our stay. The cottage smelled like Ajax when we arrived and was immaculate. Loved it!

Loved staying in the cottage! Bed was as comfortable as ours at home, outdoor space was inviting, kitchen was very well-equipped (which was necessary for all the cooking I wanted to do in order to stock my college kid’s freezer), bikes were super easy and fun to use, and the location in Culver City is fabulous! Hope to stay again next time.

I booked a 4-night stay with my two young adult sons. It was an adorable, cozy, comfy cottage with a great patio area, including a neat fire pit. Very clean with nice touches everywhere. We were visiting family nearby, so that was convenient, and nearby downtown shops and restaurants were a big plus. We loved the bicycles too!

The cottage was centrally located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Off street parking, close to Beverly Hills and accessible without using highways. The owner/host was excellent and made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay.

The best little getaway in a big city! Very cute and comfortable cottage with all the amenities. So enjoyed our morning coffee in the garden. Family members stayed in the adjoining studio so we felt we had our own private oasis!
