Spa facilities are very good and I would recommend the massage. Entertainment at the bar was good, I enjoyed the performance on Monday evening. Room was good but I had to pay an extra 15 Euros a night, for a balcony overlooking the pool.

Nice food. Fresh crunchy croissants for breakfast, fresh juices and a lot of choice. Same with dinner. A lot of choices. Very nice and friendly, hard working staff. Really pleasant. Heated inside pool was great outside summer season. It was a nice mix of families giving a very relaxed atmosphere. No partying or drunk youth groups when we were there. Just families. Free parking outside hotel, although in summer it might be full.

The curtains let light through and are not fully darkening. If you are on the sunrise side the sun will wake you up. Also the room entrance door lets through light and noise. You can hear everything from the hallway as if there is no door. Same with the windows. They are not sound proof and on the street side you hear everything: cars passing, people talking on the other balconies, dogs barking. No noise isolation at all from doors and windows. The hotel and restaurant floors are full of arrows of walking directions and social distancing lines. It is 2023! Time to remove them! People can decide themselves if they want to distance or not. Kids club is mostly catered for kids till 6. Would be nice to have things for older kids like outside football tournaments or game / gaming tournaments and install a PlayStation or Xbox. Even though it's apartments where you can make your own food, you are not allowed to eat food in the pool area that you didn't buy in the hotel. You can eat a hamburger if you buy it in the hotel, but they do not allow you to eat your own sandwich. Very strange rule.

The room is not what they show on the pictures. A young receptionist tried to help but the older ones didn’t let her. The room was not prepared for us, but other family. Less bed, towels… Wi-Fi connection hardly worked. The restaurant is way too small for that many people. Morning there is long line waiting to let them in; the chairs touching each other. Evening it’s impossible to sleep until midnight the music extremely loud, on the corridor people running.

The room and facilities, perfect for families. The location is very convenient, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket.

We had a really positive experience, we have nothing negative to say.

The Spa and swimming pool area. Plenty of loungers to choose from. Lifeguards kept everything tidy and clean. Childrens entertainment was brilliant and all the staff were very tolerant and friendly. Overall the hotel was perfect for families and we hope to come back next year.

The food was good to average. Could be better. Also presentation of the food was difficult....e.g cold deserts beside main courses and salads beside cheeses....the flow wasn't good. I am allergic to some shellfish and it would have been better if the sea food dishes wwere together rather than mixed in with meat dishes.

the staff. very good breakfast - fresh orange juice everyday and big variety. Many activities at the hotel for adults and kids.

The only thing I can come up with is the bed sofa that was not that comfortable.

Great air conditioning and heating, nice view, high quality toiletries.

Poor noise isolation, small and squeaky bed. If your height is above 190cm your feet will be hanging. Water heating is horrible. After using shower or faucet for a few minutes the water would become uncomfortably hot or cold.

Very good and friendly staff. Our room was nice and clean. We came around 10 o´clock for breakfast, bad idea, unless you like to wait for a table in a cue :) We stayed in this hotel in December and the pools are freezing cold, but they have one warm one inside.

If you use a wheelchair, find your self another hotel, this hotel is on a hill top, but on the positive side, I´m much fitter not after pushing the wheelchair up this hill few times each day and we stayed there for nine nights :)

Hotel was clean and well-equipped. Staff were very friendly and there were lots of amenities for the children to enjoy. I was worried that given the time of year, the hotel would be quiet and boring but it was not. The kids club was in full swing as was the evening entertainment and shows. The indoor pool was lovely too with great facilities all around.

The lifts were a tad slow which meant there was some waiting in the lobby during peak breakfast/dinner time. The walls were not very sound proof and we could hear guests walk in and out of their rooms but this wasn’t a huge issue.

Hotel location is good and has nice sea views, indoor pool is good for kids in winter. Staff working in the minidisco are very good with kids.

Something has changed with this hotel for the worse. We have stayed 9 previous times and the hotel was always fabulous , this time it was very poor,we originally planned to book an extra night as we could see plenty of availability on booking.com but decided to move to another hotel across the road. Room was not cleaned to standard including dirty socks from previous guest and food in bedroom. No pillows or sheets available for child's bed , had to ask a couple of times for these during the day right up to bedtime before being asked "are we not sleeping together " very strange behavior, the house keeper that came to the room finally and stomped around furiously again very strange behaviour. Key deactives for room 45mins before checkout time, Cleaners knocking on door to get us out 15 mins before checkout this wouldn't seem like the biggest deal but we overheard another couple talking about same experience, the hotel is quiet ,there should be no reason for this urgency. Food was tasteless and cold at dinner , and very poor quality. We met another family who told us they ate there the first night but then ate our every other night as food was poor, this was a big change from previous year's. You would notice the small changes like removal of welcome drink/sweets, facilities like steam room/sauna/half the stone beds being turned off. A visible staff shortage. We only stayed one night but were surprised to hear the number of people visibly unhappy and making various complaints about facility issues and food quality. The stay was only one night for us so we were fine and made the most of it , laughed it off and moved on, but I can imagine how someone's holiday could be ruined if staying here longer.
