The property was in an amazing location and was absolutely immaculate. My partner and I stayed here for a week and could not have picked a more perfect place. The communication when booking until the very end was great. The apartment itself is very well equipped and has a beautiful pool area just outside which the balcony looks over. We were lucky to find such an amazing property and would definitely be back. Thanks again.

Check-in was no problem thanks to the 24h reception/lobby of the apartment complex. Public and Free Parking was also very easy on the streets (off-season). The location is quite central and not too far from the beach.

The apartment, kitchen and bathroom were quite small, which isn't really a problem unless you want to cook something. Quite thin walls, but also ok. The cleanliness was the biggest problem. Both the provided towels and bedsheets definitely have to be replaced as they have quite a few permanent stains. We were happy that we brought our own towels. We also cleaned all the kitchen utensils again before usage. The beds are quite shaky. The whole neighborhood is a bit worn down.

The accommodation was very clean and well equipped, the balcony received afternoon sun,which was ideal.

I really recommend staying here. it is wonderful, clean, very good bed, very good location, a few minutes from the beach and from Paloma Park, Selwo Marina, bus station. Wonderful view to the park. Two minutes to supermarket and shops. The host is very kind, responsive, helpful. Very good communication. One of the best apartments I ever been, felt like home. It makes you want to come back just to stay there.

Very clean, comfortable beds, great location

We loved everything about the apartment. The process from initial booking to us leaving was smooth and hassle-free. Domingo was the perfect host! He left us some snacks/drinks to welcome us which was a lovely thought given that we arrived around 10pm at night. The apartment was spotless and so comfortable, we really found no problems. The apartment had complimentary soap and shower gel/shampoos. Great views from the balcony of the pools, mountains and the sea! Everything you could need in a holiday apartment was there 👌🏼 The location was also another fantastic point - 10min walk down to the beachfront and around 10mins to walk up the way to Arroyo. Huge selection of bars/cafes/restaurants all on our doorstep! We will definitely be back again!

It was really clean and comfortable with lovely extra touches such as toiletries, snacks and drinks.everything there that we needed. So handy to Bonanza square where there is lots of lovely bars and restaurants, short walk to the beach. It was so quiet as well, value for money

There was no use of pool

The apartment was lovely. Everything was clean, it was spacious and bright. The bathroom had all amenities necessary and the host even left shampoo and conditioners, something they do not usually do at apartments. The bed was comfortable and pillows were great too. Everything about our stay was lovely. The host is the most welcoming, and replies quickly, communication is great. Check in and Check out is a breeze, there is 24hr reception which makes it feel like a hotel. The pools and gardens aré lovey and the location is great, close to many bars, restaurants, beach… We cant wait to go back!!

Pretty little flat that doesn't feel cramped. Balcony with sun from around 15.00 - sundown. Nice garden view from the balcony. Everything you need is there! Friendly host. Big grocery shop near by.

poor soundproofing, as everywhere... the lady next door watch TV a lot with high volume. Very small hot-water tank, lack of hot water probably not an issue during the hot season. Avoid the Asian shop cross the street that sell you everything for double price.

Great location plenty of bars and restaurants around

Not a complaint but could do with a mat when getting out of shower!

It’s compact, has everything you need. Little kitchen, washing Machine, WiFi, close enough to the see. Great in the summer as no sun enters the room so good motivation to go out. Parking is here in the yard too. Very good matrace.
