All of it. The property was clean and well supplied. It was in a quiet location. Comms with the owner was very good, and access was easy.

The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped for a longer stay. The kitchen has all you need for preparing meals, and charms you with a real Italian espresso machine. Sitting around the dinner table makes you feel home. Private entry to the place and the garden in front of the apartment are yet another bonus. Federico was very responsive and provided all the necessary information. A big thank you again to his "mama" for waiting so patiently for our slightly delayed arrival to provide us with the keys.

You have to be aware, that you are some 10 to 15 minutes walk away from Stresa's centre, and that you are staying further up the hill. No problem for us, though, as we like walking. It also has the advantage, that it makes it easy to park the car in front of the apartment or nearby (instead of paying substantial parking fees). And the distance from the centre provides for peaceful nights!

Immaculate condition and cleanliness, very good facilities so we could cook a meal each day. Host was welcoming and made the stay easy. Very convenient for local amenities and train travel. Streza is a very quiet town and this apartment is in a quiet setting.

Federico contacted us the day before our arrival, so it was easy to agree on a time for the key handover, Gioia already waited for us when we arrived. The place was easy to find, Gioia showed us the apartment, we also got second keys and a book with all necessary information. Parking is possible in front of the house, anywhere free. The apartment has a separate entrance and has a little garden as well. The place itself is big enough and it contains everything you need (kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, cutlery and dishes), there is also a washing machine in the bathroom. The bed is comfy, and the bedroom has a big wardrobe, there´s even an iron. The location is really good, only 10 minutes from the city centre and from the lake, 10 minutes from the places where boats go to the islands, the nearest bigger grocery shop is Conad (10 min.). Gioia gave us great recommendations for good restaurants and also the book contained some nice tips. There was a small issue with the electricity, we contacted Federico, and it was solved in 5 minutes. They were very nice and helpful, but they also gave us privacy. The checkout was also really easy. For the future, we can only recommend this apartment for a holiday at Lago Maggiore.
