朝食の内容と朝食スタッフの対応がさりげなく親切で良かった。

部屋に居ると廊下の会話が丸聞こえだった。部屋の音も同じように漏れている？

The bed was nice and big and the room was not too cramped.

Pillow too soft and no support

Location was amazing.. low parking costs.. and good breakfast and massage chair in reception

Cleanliness was a bit off.. there were less amenities

Its Location - right next to the Fujinomiya train / bus station.

room size

The location is excellent, simply 50 meters opposite the train and bus station. Take the bus from here to Shirato falls. We checked in and left baggage and returned later for access to room ( 3pm ). The room was very quiet, good shower and comfortable bed. There was a welcome drink in early evening. The buffet breakfast was good with a wide choice of food. The public bath area was very good, just what you need after a lot of walking. Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at this hotel. Fuji World Hereitage is just a leisurely 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Earlier check in, but no real issue as they allow you to drop of your luggage.

The room was so clean and I really enjoyed the breakfast 👍😋

what I don’t like was the hotel did not accommodate my request when I put some additional request of pillows when I booked it online. I have to tell them upfront.
