Lovely resort. Great rooms. Amazing beauty products in the bathroom. Eco friendly (not plastic at all, huge water refill station in the room), even filtered water at the tap! First hotel I've been to in South East Asia that had that! Well done Art of Sand! Yummy breakfast. The beach is not very quiet, shops and quite a few walking people passing by, but still very relaxing. And the seawater is beautiful and clear. It's been a very relaxing stay - wish I could have stayed longer!

Some misscommunication issues. I was transferring from another hotel as I decided to extend my stay. The person on email told me they would arrange transfer (at a fee) and that I can check in to my room at 11am. So I arranged for them to pick me up at 11.30. They didn't show, so my first hotel organised the transfer (for free!) And when I got there at 12, I got told that my room wasn t ready and that I would have to wait quite a bit - I was not happy. I could have stayed longer at the other hotel had I known, but because I was told 11am, I came a bit earlier. The lady at reception was lovely and apologetic, and within 20 mins, she had sorted the situation and took me to my room . Food at the restaurant for dinner was quite pricey for what it is - and you have to remember to add the tax costs - why not include then in the price?

Beautifully located right on the beach. Super friendly staff. Our room looked right into the beach, what an incredible way to wake up and to watch the gorgeous sunsets.
