Was a bit noisy

Location , plenty of room , like the way the bedroom is hidden away , staff lovely

The blinds in the room need updating, noisy to use and worn out basically

It's walking distance to everything you need, everything is so close by

There is not enough parking, even though you get a parking ticket to put on your dash, the locals take up all the carparks.

The quiet serenity and ever changing beautiful views of Hobart and surrounds. Staff courteous and helpful.

Views,location and staff. Everything close by and able to walk to most restaurants and cafes.

Too expensive for what you get, downstairs bathroom only with bed upstairs and issues with hot water with only limited of street. car parking.

This location is amazing being at the pier in Hobart! The atmosphere of the hills and mountain surrounds and of course the bay with all the sailing boats. And eateries galore in walking distance with the Hobart atmosphere. Fantastic for us!

The location was perfect, right on the water with a lovely view. Nicely furnished. Close to many tourist attractions.

Saturday night was terrible. There was very loud thumping music playing somewhere close by until 3am which kept us awake. The room was not well insulated for sound.

The location was excellent, the staff were great.

I booked a standard non balcony room which was nice on first impressions. turned the AC on and it was like a freight train coming thru the room (all rooms have the same AC). turned it off and it hummed loudly continuously, which made it very hard to sleep. the lounge had very questionable marks on it. the ceiling fans had a lot of dust on the blades with a layer of dust on the side tables. my wife is asthmatic so this was unacceptable. if you are a light sleeper, then bring ear plugs as the walls are paper thin. I complained about our room the next morning, and the front desk were excellent and upgraded our room. especially when I showed her pics. The main bed was in a loft, which was nice, but the the bathroom/toilet was downstairs. great people that work there, ok value, but quality assurance was terrible. I think they relied too much on the location and not the rooms. Had to park off site as well.

The location is superb, we could watch the sunrise outside of our apartment, that was lovely!

Enjoyed every day we stayed at this apartment with superb views and everything a short distance away including all the Restaurants of all Nationalities plus great Deli's,Pubs and Cocktail Den's. All round a beautiful area of which I will be returning and staying in the same apartment. Thankyou to the friendly and helpful Staff for making this holiday one of the best I've been on.

The location is prime, see all the goings on at the docks inc giant cruise ships, plus walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops.

Bedroom upstairs , toilet and bathroom downstairs ?

I always stay there because convenient and staff are very nice 🙂. Always clean and comfortable.

Apartment on one side had children that yelled alot and ran up and down stairs all the time. Annoyinging.

Fantastic location and out look to harbour . Close to all tours and 5 Min walk to downturns shops amazing restaurants nearby.

Room walls were paper thin Nd you can here everything either side of you. It can spoil the whole atmosphere and luxurious style
