Location to the centre was brilliant, and to the attractions eg. Science Museum and the Riverside Museum.

Patch on the wall of loose wallpaper covering over a spot badly, only place where full Scottish/ English wasn't included in price.

I suggest to pay attention to the cleaning of the rooms

The location, bed was comfy, that was it.

I left my limited edition RAF water bottle that my son gave me, at the reception desk when we checked out, didn't realise till I was halfway home, I called the hotel and they said they would look and phone me back... I waited a week without a word, I called back and whoever I spoke to said they thought they had seen it and would check with housekeeping, I reiterated I left it at reception, not in the room, was told he'd call me back.... Waited another week, then sent 2x emails that were ignored, so called again asking to speak to a manager, low and behold, there wasn't one available, this guy said he'd check and get back to me, so I said absolutely not that I was very frustrated at being ignored and that after 3 weeks, my bottle was probably thrown out! It never made it to "lost and found" either, very very disappointed in the service, won't be back.

Cooked Breakfast was really nice.

Bar not open when you got back at 10.45pm and smoking area also locked.

The sink had cracks in it . The shower took 5/10 minutes to get hot.

Check facilities rooms ect we could hear next door as if they was in our room very noisy big let down

As a realy bad insomniac i dont really get much sleep and sleeping in hotels seem to be my worse nights not my uaual bed But i found this bed excellent and realy comfy was shocked at how much i enjoyed the stay that i mentioned it when checking out

Bein an asthmatic i found the lamps etc really dusty Fri 9th February room 219 Also being told to check in at 3 took them till 4.45 to be bioked in alot of people waited and where disappointed about it

Everything the whole place is run down, smells bad, rooms are bad and dirty and broken I didn't expect to have to pay 100 on top of what's been paid when the place is that dirty they shouldn't be doing a holding fee because they can just blame you for anything that's already dirty

Didn’t have breakfast,but it looked delicious.we had dinner which was delicious.the staff were very friendly and helpful, will definitely be booking it again next time we are in Glasgow.

Some of the facilities in the room were in need of refresh - the shower head was very loosely attached to the wall; the washbasin was cracked; there was no surface to put one’s own toiletries down on.

Durante la noche se escucha mucho jaleo de los demás huéspedes, entran y salen gritando y no se respeta el descanso de los demás. Además cuando llegas te cobran 100 libras de fianza, que son 118 eur aproximadamente y cuando te las devuelven el banco te cobra una comisión de unos 6 eur por el cambio de moneda. Eso hay que tenerlo en cuenta.

Good value and room was big and clean

Free breakfast was continental and felt a bit chaotic. Where it was laid out was a bit of a squeeze and the presentation could have been better - bread was in bags etc. A lot of things had run out and hadn’t been topped up. The second day we skipped breakfast as it wasn’t great.
