Great location, 10 min walk to the beach. Lovely staff, great service, very clean rooms with comfy beds, and good facilities. A lot of choices for breakfast. Swimming pool that made our evening!

Lots of walking to get to the main areas of entertainment particularly coming back up those hills.

Courtesy bus back to the main amenities would have been useful.

Went to check in and the hotel wasn't actually fully open yet following building work, so we did not have a room available. No one contacted us before we arrived so it wasn't ideal after a long drive. We ended up being moved to a hotel round the corner that was very tired and dirty. From what I could see from reception the hotel looked nice and modern following a paint job.

Room was pristine and a lot bigger than expected. Breakfast was just right.

We were allocated an outside chalet and were able to park close to the room. No lugging bags up flights of stairs. Room had tea and coffee making facilities as well as fridge and microwave enabling us to keep things cool. If had stayed longer would have made more use of this for breakfast.

Swimming pool was closed on day of arrival and although open next day we did not have time to use it

I like the spacious 'motel' room and room facilities. The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond. While the hotel did not cater for evening meals, and my room had a kitchenette area with fridge and microwave had I thought ahead, Adi helpfully gave me options including delivery, and directions to Old Christchurch road with recommendations for eateries. I was called an hour after checking out as a cleaner had found my credit card in my room, I gratefully picked it up from reception. Really good, understated, customer service.

The room we stayed in was ideal for a family as it had lots of room and a little kitchen area which was great for heating up the babies milk.

The hotel supplied and set up a travel cot however this didn’t have the proper mattress and had a quilt instead. This isn’t safe for a baby to sleep in. Luckily we had our own cot with us so we’re able to use that instead. parking at the hotel is £10 per night!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The chalets looked pretty depressing from the outside. However, the room itself was very very clean.
